This review concerns Ticketmate Refund Insurance and tickets purchased for the Rugby World Cup (RWC). I brought two city packages encouraged by the fact that I could resell unwanted games on the same platform. I also took out insurance, again with the same company. Unfortunately, prior to my trip I had an accident and was unable to travel. I was very surprised when my claim for the unused tickets was turned down on the basis that I had sold back unwanted tickets. I would have thought that this actually reduces the insurance exposure. Anyway, wild horses would not allow me to purchase future tickets from these wide boys!
