Purchased the Apex Acrylic plunge - noticed something was missing from the order. Sent an email inquiring and with no questions asked, Victoria already had the missing item being delivered without hesitation. Highly recommend as the customer service is extremely responsive and very helpful. The plunge itself is perfect for what I need.
I need customer service this week because I couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. Josh got right on the phone and helped me in seconds. He was so friendly and helpful it felt like I phoned a friend. I actually told my husband where are employees like him I would love to have him work for us. Great experience!
Although there have been a few issues with the chiller, the customer support has been good and responsive to my concerns and has helped me troubleshoot over the phone to ensure the unit needed repair. In this case I shipped my chiller back to Titan who repaired the unit and returned it within 5 days. I look forward to getting back into the routine.
Upgraded my Triumph to the Apex for longevity and ease of cleaning and maintaining water. I had started with the Triumph not realizing how much I loved plunging otherwise would have gone with Apex in the 1st place. Tub is great and works perfect glad I upgraded. Only thing I would recommend is pvc cement connections under the tub before filling.

They have a great product. Easy to set up and meets every expectation. Customer service is amazing non pushy and extremely helpful. I would have to absolutely without a shadow of a doubt recommend this company.
Victor at Titan Wellness was super helpful and knowledgeable. My family and I enjoy the cold plunge. We use it every night. We purchased the Titan Triumph XL. Set up was easy. Had some trouble with the hoses. But Titan's customer service was amazing. We video chatted and he walked me through everything and wouldn't hang up until I primed the system and turned it. Thanks again, Victor and Titan. We love it!
Great product and great customer service from Victoria. I’ve already had several sauna sessions, and the experience has been excellent so far. It’s compact, heats up quickly, works very well, and looks great too 🙂
The product is good quality. When I contactsd them online, I got a call the next day from customer service. The rep listened and offered a reasonable solution.
Used it twice Was upsold on machine that doesn’t work Garbage and cheap Cane with chinglish instructions - no instructions for the cooler - that doesn’t cool below 60 degrees
So far so good. It came with a small digital thermometer that broke, but other than that the tank and the chiller work fine. There was one small issue with the chiller but I called tech support and they walked me through it.
My triumph tub randomly sprung a leak. I contacted customer service, they advised me to try a couple things to seal the leak. Unfortunately I was unable to seal it. I called customer service again, spoke with Josh and he was more than happy to ship out a replacement. Really awesome customer service and great warranty. Thank you!
Just another average cold plunge tank nothing special. Kinda deceiving the picture looks like a hard tank but it is inflatable. The 25 dollar timer thermometer broke after a week not sure what the free gift was maybe it was the xxl shirt no one will wear. The chiller isn’t working to the degree set and it’s very loud.
I recently ordered a cold plunge. Best decision Ive made! Its so convenient to have one at my home verse driving somewhere else to use one. Ive noticed a huge difference in inflammation in my body and more clarity in my mind.
I couldn't be happier with the tank and the chiller! One knock I saw others comment on was customer service. It makes me wonder who wrote this. I called customer service during set up, and Josh FaceTimed with me and walked me through the entire process. The next day I had a question and he answered immediately and helped again. I would definitely recommend Titan when you're ready to take the plunge!
Unit itself is great. Titan is very responsive to all inquiries. Had a minor issue on installation and they went out of their way to address. Highly recommend.
This is an excellent buy! Good quality plunge for the price. I had a small issue with my equipment upon delivery and Titans excellent customer service was quick to respond and replace. I will definitely be back in the future!
Their website is very easy to navigate for me , and there are plenty of coupons to help you buy bathtubs and accessories even cheaper. My order was shipped the same day and arrived within 2 days, within the deadline. The quality of the ice bath is good, and the chiller works very well, cooling the water in just a few minutes.
Everything arrived very well packaged and organized in its boxes, and the product arrived ahead of schedule, which is wonderful. The company has a special customer service, as evidenced by my order and other reviews.
I have only had the system for a few days, but it appears to be really high quality and robust. Initially, I had a few questions and they were super helpful and patient (and US based). I have already recommended it to a couple friends.
