I bought 2x20kg Olympic 2" Cast Iron Tri-Grip Weight Plate 20kg - Silver,very bad quality, the paint is peeled!!! It looks like it was painted on unprepared metal with scraps!I thought I was buying new but I got scrap metal.I do not recommend it to anyone!!!
We all buy online, not least myself and my wife I never envisaged being able to write a review like this, they (the boss) were simply flawless, from start to finish .. never has an experience been more worthy of the 5 Stars we are all asked to give ...We wanted a free standing double landmine, we first saw it on MIRAFIT .. it was / is, literally twice the price I pointed this out to the rude dismissive customer service manage at MIRAFIT SHE said, it is, what it is, and joyfully pointed out that the TNP machine was out of stock and they would happily sell me their machine at twice the price but they would not ship outside the UK. I called TNP and spoke the the owner and asked her if they were going to get anymore in stock? she said, she might have one or two in stock and would look and get back to me if I gave her a number.I told her I didn't believe her!! but gave her my mobile anyway.. Later that same day she called back and said she had found one, not only that, she offered to send it to me in Germany (which she really didn't have to do) I expected to get it sent to a UK address and pick it up when we got home, we were desperate for this piece we just didn't / would not buy if from MIRAFIT (they will never get a penny of my money).We paid for the landmine and the courier .. it didn't come!! problems with the courier it was returned to the UK. I got angry and WRONGLY was rude to this lovely lady, my wife took over TNP sent us ANOTHER landmine with a different courier at no additional cost to us it is now in our gym .. Again she was simply fantastic, perfect, I feel ashamed of the way I acted and am happy to include a public apology from me to her as part of this review ..I will buy from TNP every single time, they / she are wonderful people, honest, professional ... do-what-they-say companyI wish we could give them 100 stars LOL

In September 2022 I ordered two sets of dumbbells, 24kg for myself and 18kg as a Christmas present.In December I unboxed the 18kg weights to wrap up, finding one 18kg and one 16kg.I contacted TNP distribution Ltd who asked for a photograph, which I sent, and asked if the packaging was still intact, which it wasn't due to having been unboxed but also damaged during transit.After an email exchange over the course of around a month, I was informed that their sales team were waiting for a decision from the manager. This is now over a month and half ago. Despite two follow up emails in January, I am yet to receive a response.I contacted TNP Accessories who stated that they were not the same as TNP Distribution. A quick search with Companies House shows that the two companies are directed by the same person, TNP distribution having been desolved as TNP Accessories formed.Another email was sent to TNP Accessories with no reply.I am loathe to give a poor review based on what appears to have initially been a simple error, that could easily be rectified by an exchange of the 16kg for an 18kg dumbbell, however given the poor customer service and clear dishonesty, I would urge others to avoid using this company.Update: I finally received a reply...asking for another (third) photograph of the dumbbells! The response stated that they found it unclear what I had received, despite telling them for what seems to be the hundredth time, that instead of 2 x 18kg dumbbells, I received 1 x 16kg and 1 x 18kg.These appear like stalling tactics to me, in the hope that I eventually just give up
Really impressed with this company- ordered pair of dumbbells for a very competitive price on Thursday afternoon, they were delivered Friday morning at 9.30 am - great communication about the product and the delivery status - haven’t used yet, but they look/feel fantastic- highly recommend this company
Very impressed indeed with this company. I placed an order for an 'EZ Curl Bar Set - 25kg' on 15th January 2021 and received the items well packaged early afternoon the following day, 16th January 2021 from Yodel. I was kept updated throughout as to the progress of the shipment and even received a courtesy email from Management offering support and help if required. The Bar Set is amazing! well made, safe and easy to assemble the weights with the Spinlock Collars. I shall have no hesitation in ordering from this company again in the future. Highly Recommended.
