Awesome topper
On July 7, I ordered a custom made topper. I live in Puerto Rico and I thought that it would be arriving soon. Then I realized that it was going to be made in China and there was a little chance to get it on time. I got sad and sent a whatsap message to Crystal explaining my case. From the very beginning she was so empathic and willing to help. I was going to cancel my order but she stole my heart and I decided to wait.She wrote every single day letting me know what they were doing to help me. I felt confident and loved. (Somebody I don't know was helping me so nicely ❤️)I received a message telling me they were going to send the topper like special delivery (rush) and they payed for the special service!!! 🥹It was supposed to arrive on July 26, but I received it on July 24!!! It came just in time. (6 days before the wedding) The topper is awesome.The hair custom made color is a perfect match ... Amazing!!! I loked great in my son's wedding. I'M MORE THAN GRATEFUL!!! ❤️Thank you Tommy Hair team, especially Crystal. You was my angel!!!
