Lack of Professionalism
My experience with this epoxy contractor was deeply disappointing. He began the work, but then abruptly stopped, leaving the project incomplete. Not only is the job now half-done, but he has also failed to return any of my calls or texts, effectively ghosting me. This complete lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable. I'm now left with an unfinished project and the added stress of finding someone reliable to fix this mess. I strongly advise against hiring him.
