I needed to secure copyrights for my digital content and logo variations.Trademark Dynasty prepared the deposits, ensured the categories were accurate, and submitted everything without errors.Simple, fast, and honestly a huge relief for a creative who hates paperwork.

Potentially Fraudulent and Deeply Misleading Company
If I could give NEGATIVE 100 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Trademark Dynasty filed my trademark incorrectly, using a third-party email and NO ATTORNEY which is required if not filed by the trademark owner. They did not inform me of this, nor that I would not have access to my USPTO account, only the third party had access. I found this out when, 2 months later, they sent me what looked like an official USPTO “objection” and demanded $4,275 immediately. This scam was very elaborate with many pages of fake documents forging the USPTO logo and seemingly involved everyone in their "legal department". Basically it said pay up or lose your trademark. It immediately felt very threatening and predatory. I asked to speak to someone on the phone to answer my questions and they put me in touch with a "para legal" who was very vague with answers, and also demanding of the money immediately. Being suspicious, I contacted a real patent attorney who was quickly able to tell that my application had no objection, and it was a scam to get more money out of me. I continued to be pressured via text message from their "head para legal" to either pay up, or lose my Trademark to this "objector". I contacted the "objector" who verified they had nothing to do with Trademark Dynasty or the scam, so they were being exploited by the use of their business in this scam and planned to file reports (as I have) with the FTC, BBB, State AG's, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau and the Internet Crime Complaint website. I ceased speaking with the "para legal" who was scamming me, and contacted Trademark Dynasty to tell them to change the email changed on my USPTO account to mine and my real attorneys. They refused to correct my USPTO email, claimed they would refund my original payment of $2,299 via their "finance department", and then repeatedly lied about processing the refund — even sending a fake receipt. I would have to wait 10 business days after each time they said they "issued a credit", but after waiting 40 days, no refund ever appeared. They also refused to confirm the last 4 digits of my credit card, after I asked several times. After the second time I contacted them about no refund, they claimed that my "bank rejected it". I confirmed with my bank that there was no "rejection" nor would there be. Their "head of finance" finally confirmed the last 4 digits and they were completely wrong. We started over with the correct digits, yet they continued to stall and lie, eventually sending the fake "credit receipt" and never posted a refund. In my experience, this company uses deceptive and fraudulent tactics. I STRONGLY recommend avoiding them (and any third party trademark registration company) and using a licensed trademark attorney instead. I regret that I did not do that in the first place. It will also cost about half of what this worthless enterprise will charge you and save you a lot of emotional pain and potentially being the target of their scams. All of these positive reviews must be fake because they could not be more opposite of my experience which truly happened.

International Filing
Needed EU and UK trademarks. The process was smooth, but the currency conversion fees weren’t clear upfront, so ask for a breakdown in USD. That aside, they filed correctly on the first try no revisions.
