I received an unsolicited email from Trademark Imperial claiming someone else was trying to register my business name as a trademark. They urged immediate action within 24-48 hours to "reserve" my trademark rights.Red flags in their email:-I never signed up for their services-Created false urgency with a short deadline-Misrepresented trademark law and USPTO procedures-Vague details about the supposed other applicant-Pressure tactics to induce quick actionI strongly advise caution when dealing with unsolicited trademark registration offers. Always verify trademark information directly with the USPTO and consult a licensed trademark attorney if you have concerns. Be wary of companies using fear tactics or creating artificial urgency for trademark services.
