This company is a scam. They will submit your initial trademark filing, but then they start generating fake United States Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) communications with fake fee schedules to scam you out of as much money as possible. They lie and say your application is going to be deemed abandoned to try to force you to pay the funds. More fake USPTO letters discussing potential abandonment are generated by Trademark Nova.When you look at your actual application status on the USPTO website, you can see the real fees paid, the real USPTO correspondence, and that your application is still pending review - no one from the USPTO has even started looking at itBeware. Do not wire these people money.

WARNING- RETRACT MY 4-STAR RATING FROM 5-4-23
I need to retract my previous 4-star review from May 4, 2023. Trademark Nova scammed me out of money. I wanted to use a 3rd party company to handle my logo trademarks. I was charged an initial fee for setting up the trademarks in 2023. In June of 2024, they charged me approximately $3000.00 for fees for services, based on a ficticious USPTO fee schedule. They showed me a chart of ficticious fees that I owe. Not knowing that this was a ficticious fee schedule, I made a partial payment of $1400. My trademarks are STILL PENDING over a year later. I called the USPTO to find out the delay. I was told my trademarks are being investigated. They asked me a series of questions mainly, "did I pay for fees based on a USPTO fee schedule?" I said yes, then I was told by USPTO, that I am being scammed! The person at the USPTO told me not to pay anything else. I told the bank that I was a victim of wire fraud and I was given my $1400 back. I am still out of my initial payment. These guys are not legit!

Avenue from Texas customer service or whatever she is and down from California where he is they charge me for a website that I never needed it and every time that I caught either one of them they don't pick up the phone at all they'll text me afterwards later on but never got results Don said they was going to go and return me my money he said he'll take a bit but every time I call him you don't answer I haven't got no issues like he said on the Thursday that was last week this is the second Thursday I still don't have an answer about my money you know Trek by Nova I think you should get new people that cares about your customers and start deceiving your customers because it's not good they're the one that make you your money so you can go home for the week getting paid and what do you do you lie and you betray them and you don't even pick up their call when they call you and yeah I'll call yourself legit unbelievable that you are I need my money but I guess I'm not going to get that so yeah I can go ahead and keep it but I think it feel better for this review to let people know do not waste your money on neither one of you at all you may look bad Nova's name is bad because of you too bad

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. They are the most fraudulent people I have ever come across. They will lie to you and promise Trademarks, increase prices on you from what was originally quoted and force you to pay for "registrations" that you do not need so they can profit more from you. They don't file ANY trademark registration. I was initially quoted $47 for a "special offer" that then went up to $187. I've paid them $887 in trademark "fees" so far and they haven't even started my application. They were paid months ago and told me they would start the filing process back in May 2023. It is now January 2024 and they're reaching out to me asking me for MORE money so that they can "initiate the processing for filing". They just want to scam you out of your money. If I could post screenshot images on here, I would. Beware, DO NOT give your money to these people, you will be sorry you did.

They charged us 800 GBP to deliver trademark registration across different types of goods. however only one was reigistered. since then the company has not responded to our email or call for that matter THIS IS A SCAM COMPANY! PLEASE DO NOT ENGAGE
