Today was open interview’s 10-3

Today was open interview casting with this company upon arrival at 10 o’clock in the morning they placed us in a break room until your name was called for your interview during that deliberation. There are other employees. Also in the break room they are talking about other employees past, present as well staff. No wonder why this company has such a high turnover rate. I was like what in the ghetto unprofessionalism is going on in this place. That’s not a good brand if you want people to work for your company and you have your employee sitting there tearing company down. it’s 10 o’clock in the morning. These people don’t pray. I felt like I was in a high school lunchroom with some teenagers these women range from wise to the young. No positive conversation’s way to early for gossip I’m sitting here like you all don’t have life, husbands, family members, no girl’s trip planned, mentor etc.no goals no retirement plans nothing positive or influential in your life besides drama . My biggest concern was how do these employees even have insight about other employees personal business as well as staff? These lady’s we’re giving me mean girl vibes, miserable vibes, and no life vibes. No respect for the wise talking about a 98 year-old man that company hired who raised you all if that was your family member. How would you feel they don’t even know if I was some kin to this man they dogging him out. They better hope and pray that they live to see 98 that was so disturbing to me. I was taught to respect your elders they were in there making fun of this Man. Unbelievable. I command this 98 -year-old Man for wanting to go back to work. talking about the company will hire anyone he’s two years from being 100 it was the saddest thing ever. where is the integrity of these people. They did’t even know if I was in corporate nor undercover as well. Some gentlemen came bye. they looked like they were high profile individuals didn’t even speak. They looked over at us like we were peasants beneath them gum on bottom of their shoe. so now it’s my turn for the interview someone from corporate interviews I no problem went smoothly all of a sudden it’s a gentleman in the office with her. He asked me was I a certain person a lady, such as myself width so much class and elegantly about myself I was raised a Man is supposed to speak to a woman and introduce himself before line of questioning, I don’t even understand. Why was he asking me questions and he was not the one even doing my interview then I was told that if you are a passenger of the company, they don’t hire you that was in their policy, but they could not produce no policy on this issue so you’re telling me that they’re not a an equal employment opportunity? That is called discrimination as well as a lawsuit.

Poor bus services in Harrogate area

Buses are consistently late and some don't show up leaving you with a long wait. Very overcrowded during peak times with inconsiderate young people /teenagers with feet or bags on seats forcing elderly and physically impaired people to stand. Phones on loudspeaker, some drivers are just plain rude and moody.However, some drivers are friendly and helpful. The only time the service seems to run smoothly is very early morning and late evening.My experience is that the 36 and the buses between Harrogate and Knaresborough are the worst affected.Dedicated school buses are needed to prevent overcrowding.

Tourist Trap: Paid full price (€63) for 3 days of validity. Zero flexibility.

I am extremely disappointed with the Transdev Vertrieb GmbH (mobil.nrw). As a tourist visiting Germany, I purchased a DeutschlandTicket on January 28th, assuming it would be valid for 30 days. To my surprise, I was charged the full monthly price (€63.00) for a ticket that expired only 3 days later, on January 31st.The purchasing system is intentionally misleading for foreigners. It allows you to buy a "monthly" ticket at the very end of the month without a single warning or pop-up stating that the ticket will expire in 72 hours and that you will be charged again for the next month immediately.When I contacted customer service to request a fair adjustment or to credit the amount to February, I received a cold, robotic response stating that "rules are rules" and "you accepted the terms."While technically legal, this is ethically bankrupt. It’s a clear "cost trap" for tourists who aren't familiar with the German civil month billing system. If you are a traveler, BEWARE: do not buy this ticket at the end of the month. Transdev seems more interested in hiding behind paragraphs than providing a fair service to international guests.

Worse than poor

Recently had to use the bus as my car was in the garage. Buses were consistently late. Some drivers were rude and have no concept of customer service. The buses are freezing cold with the heating turned off. I look forward to getting back in my car. It's no wonder given a choice that people use their cars. (Huddersfield UK)

Utrecht bus company

They took over bus and trams for Utrecht area of the Netherlands. They have been regularly late or missing. They are horrible. I miss our old company. Whoever signed this contract needs to be fired. Was there a bribe to get it? This is the only reason I can think to pick just a cluster fudge of a company

This company won a billion-euro public…

This company won a billion-euro public transport contract in the province of Utrecht, and from day one it has been a disaster. Buses are almost always late, many drivers are clearly inexperienced and don’t know the routes, and a large number of services simply disappear from the schedule. The buses that do show up are overcrowded, making daily commuting stressful and unreliable. what a beautiful system: privatise essential public services and let passengers deal with the chaos. Capitalism at its finest.

Concerning Experience Involving My Children and a Contracted Driver

On June 20, 2025, I experienced a deeply troubling incident involving a driver operating under this company’s transportation service at my apartment complex in Chaska, MN.My children and I were blocked in our vehicle for several minutes in extreme heat. During this time, the driver questioned my medical status in front of others, referenced my race, and threatened to call the police. This occurred on private residential property and caused significant emotional distress to both me and my children.While senior leadership later acknowledged the seriousness of the situation, the handling of the matter afterward was inconsistent and felt dismissive of the impact this incident had on my family. What should have been a straightforward acknowledgment of inappropriate conduct became unnecessarily complicated.I am sharing this experience so others are aware and because no family should feel unsafe or humiliated in their own residential community due to the actions of a contracted transportation driver.

Dreadful organisation

Potentially a great service here in halifax/ skircoat green. However they constantly and seemingly arbitrarily cancel services. Sat here fuming having walked 15 mins to a bus stop, the service shown available on the app. Cancelled 5 mi.n before it was due.??? SORT YOURSELVES OUT

If I could give zero stars I would do…

If I could give zero stars I would do that. Service in Utrecht is outrageously, scandally, appallingly bad. Worst EVER. In all my 50 years of travelling with public transport, I NEVER experienced anything this bad. Shocking. Thank god I still have my car.

Service to Northowram is appalling

Service to Northowram is appalling. Never on time and frequently never turns up. Just cancelled with no warning or apology. Looking at all these reviews I can’t understand how they are still operating.

100% late rate

Transdev the bus company where you need to set off to where you are going with at least hour and half extra time incase they get you where you need to go late We are proud to be the only bus company in Lancashire to have 100% late rate

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company. Especially the 36 to leeds. It’s always cancelled or full and you can be waiting an hour for a bus that supposedly comes every 10 minutes. Always late too and when you complain they don’t even reply. Sort it out

If I had zero stars I wouldn't give them that many. Dont blame the transportation companies that have to interact with them, blame Transdev. They are extremely inefficient with little written resources or rules to help companies or people.

Lost sunglasses returned within one day!!

Within one day, Transdev Circular Quay Sydney found my optical sun glasses and I was able to pick them up. Lynette Said who rang me was wonderful.Thanks again and made my day.

Transdev Philadelphia airportSupervisors harass drivers. Drive long hours without a decent break in between times. Always have to work every weekend. You pretty much have no life. Management always side with supervisors never listen to drivers. Supervisors lie on drivers. Stay away. This location is Bartram Ave 19153. Ever since new management came in the place pretty much went down the hole. Especially when management allows supervisors to treat employees poorly. The former managers would of never allow this behavior and hard working employees be abused mentally. This place really went downhill.

Avoid these busses.

I’ve lived in the killinghall area for over 10 years. I’ve only caught a handful of busses as they’re so dreadfully inconsistent. They’ve never turned up on time, never dropped off on time and the drivers are the most miserable bunch of people I’ve ever met. Avoid this companies routes unless absolutely necessary.. even then there probably wont be a bus turn up anyway even though it’s supposed to be every 10 minutes. Load of shite needs new management/staff/everything.
