Highly recommended

Highly recommended! I finished the 12 week class in November.I had pain that would move from my pelvic to my perineum. I also had pain during urination. My urologist couldn't find anything wrong.I went online and found Michael Hodges Transform class and it has been amazing. I have learned so much about why I have the pain and how to manage it.

My Journey with CPPS

I struggled with severe sleep issues due to constant urinary urgency, pain in my urethra, and bladder discomfort that sometimes made it impossible to sit. My symptoms worsened throughout 2024. After multiple urological exams and a cystoscopy, doctors found no clear cause and eventually suggested I look into CPPS.I discovered the "Overcome Pelvic + Urinary Issues" program and have not regretted joining for a single second. After following the program and receiving live coaching support for 12 weeks, I’ve reduced my symptoms so significantly that I can finally move forward with my life. And if any symptoms return, I now have the tools to manage them.If you’re struggling with similar issues, don’t give up—there is a way forward!

Light out from the storm

This program has really been a shinning light for me not just in terms of pelvic health but also my mindset, and dealing with my past. I am about 70% healed, I still have some way to go especially calming my nervous system but 70% is a miracle in my eyes considering how my life was before discovering the program. I'm able to recognise why symptoms come up and how to quickly calm them and resolve whatever is going on inside. And I will continue to use the tools amd teachings from this program.I'm slowly getting but surely getting my life back....but not my old life a whole new one emotionally, physically and spiritually! From my heart to yours thank you Michael for this program and your dedication to helping people.

The program really does help and is…

The program really does help and is worth every penny. I've completed the 12 weeks and I'm more or less healed. I can live a normal life again and rarely have any pain.

Transform Pelvic Health truly does transform pelvic health!

I want to share this review particularly for any women out there suffering from an overactive bladder or a 'diagnosis' of IC. I want to share that it is entirely possible to break free of these symptoms without seeking traditional medical care or completely depriving yourself of coffee, alcohol, soda etc. For many years (7) I was so convinced that the problem was my bladder. Only to come to understand that the problem was underlying issues with my thoughts (fears), nervous system and brain-bladder communication. I came across Transform Pelvic Health via YouTube and I started using the free resources which helped me so much! Michael's insight and understanding on natural healing is a true gift from a higher power. From there, as I started to notice my symptoms becoming less and less, I went on to purchase the TPH program. Since that time I am happy to report that my symptoms show up only on occasion (1-2 times a month down from what felt like 24/7) and now I have the tools and resources at my fingertips to bring myself back into alignment immediately. The TPH program is a life long healing resource for women (and men) with pelvic floor issues and I think there's no better investment than one's health and healing journey. Thank you Michael for sharing your gift with the world.

Excellent tools and a new way of life

I am two thirds of the way through the twelve week Overcome programme and have seen an improvement in the symptoms I was experiencing after a Prostatitis diagnosis.Overcome is not just about sorting out the physical symptoms however. By following the steps in Overcome I feel noticeably calmer and am finding I want to spend my time doing things differently. I feel I am evolving as a person. If anyone reading this is unsure about Transform or Overcome, I would say go for it. Journalling, looking inwards, Meditations were not something I had really done before but now they are a part of my every day and I enjoy doing them.

Great tools

When my PFD symptoms started to worsen, I fell into a black hole feeling alone, insecure and hopeless. At first, I didn't even know what was happening, though now I understand that I'd been having occasional mild symptoms for years. But it was only the constant pain that really hit me hard.I got a YouTube-link to Michael's first week movement routine from my PT. I still feel how it was the first glimpse of light when I was doing stretches along the video at my living room's floor. After that I joined the program. I finally felt that there's at least someone who understands what I was going through and that also eased my deep anxiety.Michael's openness of his own personal experiences and the holistic approach is very supportive. I also like the honesty in the program, as it is said in the beginning that stretching or breathing alone don't necessarily help, but I also have to work with my thoughts, emotions, fears and anxiety. That's the hardest part, but I think there are lots of tools in the program to help me on my journey to finally let go of my harmful thoughts and be the person I truly are!

My symptoms were urinary frequency and…

My symptoms were urinary frequency and weird urethral sensation (not sure if I would call it pain, but definitely bothersome. I'm about to complete week 12 and this has been a rocky road with ups and downs. Thanks to Michael and this program I have learned a lot, I have learned about the world of TMS/Bodymind Symptoms/Anxiety. Overall, my symptoms have greatly improved, I can hold my bladder for 4-5 hours, the urethral sensation is mostly there when I'm anxious or when passing 3 hours w/o urinating. I think that I'm at 80% of my recovery. Urination wise I think that I have to continue on letting go of the symptoms and not looking for them, most of the times I'm scanning my urethra and bladder and see how they feel. But knowing that is just a sensation and nothing is wrong helps, however have not master tunning it out. When I'm concentrated or having a great time i don notice this. When I'm at work or performing a tedious task I can certainly feel it more. Thanks to Michael and the program I learned that the true cause is not "pelvic tension or pelvic floor dysfunction" , and this is all TMS. I also learned that I have to deal with 40 years' worth of suppressed emotions. Something that I have just started to work on and is not pleasant but necessary. I know that I will get to 100% but will take me some more time. Overall, I'm pleased with the 12 weeks, likely will need a few more week. I would recommend this program to anyone that is going through any pelvic/urinary issues w/o an organic/physical cause.

The Transform Pelvic Health program has helped me a lot.

The Transform Pelvic Health program has helped me a lot. This problem started at the beginning of 2021 when I felt pain in the prostate area. Tests showed that everything should be fine, but things got worse because I also developed an ED problem. Through independent research, I concluded that it must be CPPS. Fortunately, in my case, CPPS wasn't very painful; I could still exercise and go running. I felt strong and healthy. I was completely confused about what was causing the ED problem. I tried to deal with the condition on my own, but nothing really helped me. Eventually, I found Michael's program's first week's exercises and some additional advice through YouTube. After doing the exercises for a week, I felt that the situation with ED was improving, and I was also happier. So, I decided to buy the program and complete it. By the fifth week of the program, the ED situation had already significantly improved. However, I maintained discipline and finished the program. I would say that I was 90% cured of this condition. In my case, it was largely a mental and emotional problem. Additionally, I was eating foods that my body didn't want to accept, such as dairy and wheat products. The greatest relief came from giving up coffee. The thing is, with this disease—if it can even be called a disease—there are several components to deal with. Fortunately, Michael's program covers everything.

Trust the process

I have been dealing with this for about 11 years now. I have seen at least 5 urologists, plus 2 physical therapist for pelvic floor.I didn't fully finish the overcome program, and somethings I didn't do like root Chakra (I don't believe I it), but that was the beauty of this program, you don't have to.I used to do the stretching and breathwork thinking that it was the "cure". With this program I learned they were just tools to help the mind realize that it was OK. I realized that I was a perfectionist thinking that I had to get everything right, I even slowed down my walking because I was walking to fast sending messages to my brain that I was in danger, I even found myself sucking in my stomach, holding in tension.I'm about 85% and with the lesson of sitting still and doing "nothing" I know I'll get to 100% soon. Trust the process and you will be an overcomer.

Pelvic pain for over a year

I had pelvic pain for over a year following two severe UTIs. After the doctors had done all the tests they came up with, I realized that it was up to me to find new ways. My first go to are usually books, but when it comes to health, I also like Podcasts. After searching, I found Michael’s podcast, and I was fascinated by what he had to say. I right away knew that I wouldn’t be able to do this without signing up for the program. So I emailed Michael to find out if I could participate, even though his program is advertised to be for men. Michael agreed to let me try. I right away liked how everything was clearly laid out and easy to follow. I have never been much of a fan of meditations, but his guided meditations worked really well for me. I also enjoyed getting so many new exercise ideas. I had had PT before, and that had not done much for me. I’m still doing some of the exercises for about 30 minutes most days. By now I have about half a journal full of insights about myself and about helpful ideas and words of wisdom. I have finished the program, and I still have a little pain occasionally, but I continue with somatic tracking, breathing, and having a trusting and positive outlook. I love that this program is not just for pelvic pain, but for taking a deeper look at your life, and for making some meaningful changes.

Great for any chronic illness.

This program is absolutely life-changing if you are dealing with any chronic illness that is mind-body related, not just pelvic floor issues. What I really like is how structured the program is and the simplicity of it. One mind-body practice, calming practice, and joyful activity a day, and then the growthwork, journaling and movement routines each week. It really helped me build strong habits to improve not just my pelvic floor, but my life as well.Since I started this program, my symptoms have massively improved. I now get erections everyday, have a much higher sex drive, constipation is massively down and my skin has improved so much. What's much more impressive though is that I've let go of so much control that I was trying to gain over my symptoms since before I started the program. What I mean by this is that I would be so self-conscious of my skin that I wouldn't leave my house and show my face to people. I think a lot of it was rooted in shame. I would just stay inside binging on my addictions. All of these mind-body issues have emotional roots. Why was I so desperate to get rid of my skin problems? Why couldn't I just get on with life? It was because I only attached conditional love to myself, and hated myself if I looked bad at all, mostly because of old wounds from my childhood. That was what I needed to tackle, not the physical symptom itself.Don't get me wrong, I still struggle a lot. I have lots of repressed emotional pain that is yet to come up, but I know the way forward now. The 12-week timeline of the program doesn't mean you'll be 100% fixed by the end of it. That's not a bad thing though, because once you use the tools of the program over the 12 weeks it sort of becomes a lifestyle. But my symptoms are massively improved, and it's carved a path I can follow to build an amazing life in the future and for that I'm grateful. Thank you Michael!

Wax On Wax Off

I had the opportunity to work with Michael in both the Overcome program and in a 1 on 1 in person environment, this was my experience...Joining the program, I was first put off. "Where are the stretches, what's the step by step routine?" my brain instantly started asking. While the Overcome program is full of step by step plans, they were far from what I expected. My close minded brain shut down the possibility of the program working after doing just the first couple days of work, and I stopped using the program. I skipped around through later weeks looking for the "good stuff" but couldn't find it, or at least that's what I thought at the time. Perhaps others who wrote negative reviews were in a similar boat, or they may have even finished the program without seeing results. Time went by, and my pain was starting to become too much to bare. I decided to reach out to Michael and got the chance to work with him in a 1 on 1 setting. I honestly still had doubts in this working, but the pain brought me to the point of trying anything. I worked with Michael for 4 days in person, and by the end of it I was a completely different person. My pain went down about 75% in just those 4 days alone, and surprisingly this wasn't the biggest take away of my experience with him.On a deeper level, I was much happier with who I was after this trip. Even if I didn't have pain, I would of happily paid for this experience knowing what I do now. I know what you're thinking... "I just want this pain to go away and I'll be fine! I'm trying to fix my pain not go on an emotional journey. Can someone please just give me the real stuff?" I was in that same place. My lack of belief in this method of curing pain prevented me from even taking it seriously in the first place. I did try to an extent, but never did I seriously go fully in with what Michael was teaching until I saw him in person. Looking back, the program had all the same info that I was provided with in person, the only difference was I took the leap of belief when we worked in person. With no where to go and no way for my mind to say "this isn't working, next program please", I finally broke through to experiencing what is preached by Michael.I do not expect a skeptic reading this to believe me off this review alone, but I do encourage them to take the chance to FULLY engage and try everything suggested in Overcome. After all, if what you've done in the past didn't work does it make sense to continue doing that? And to those who suggest "I've tried this approach" that Michael recommends, ask yourself if you "did" the task in the sense of crossing it off a checklist, or if you truly experienced the moment. As off topic as this post may seem from the concept of healing your chronic pain, I promise it's all related. The more you think this approach isn't the one for you, the more likely it is - this is because if you think this doesn't work it's probably one of the final methods you haven't tried. Take it one day at a time and have trust in Michael's work, he truly is filling a gap and helping people who are lost and afraid get their life back.

A good place to start

After completing the program, I cannot say that I have improved significantly. However, this program has done a great job of including very relevant non-invasive tools for recovery, such as mindfulness techniques and a decent array of exercises and stretches. I originally found this course through a YouTube video where it seemed like it was focused on body movements for recovery, and while there is plenty of that, there is a huge emphasis on mental health (mostly stress and anxiety) and its impact on the body and your pain. Their website does a better job of explaining what to expect from the course as a whole. I wouldn’t recommend this program for those exclusively looking for a motion based recovery regimen or for those who do not agree with the belief that improving your mental health can help with your pain (I don’t fall into the latter category, but, I know there are folks out there that do). What this program does well is bring together helpful techniques into one place, though I wish there were more in-depth explanations as to why some practices are beneficial. The course has a lot to offer, and though it's not a silver bullet, it certainly has the potential to help with those afflicted with pelvic pain. Overall, I would say that this is a good starting point for those who want a thoughtfully crafted and organized routine to help them on their recovery. Lastly. Your health is ultimately your responsibility, so do be sure to go seek medical care (if you are fortunate to be able to) and properly investigate your ailment. As of writing this review the cost of the program is advertised around $700 on the website; that is a pretty penny in this economy. If you have the means to responsibly invest, it certainly would not hurt to give this program a chance, but try to keep reasonable expectations.Good luck to those still suffering, hang in there, and keep hope.

A truly transformative program

I am on the final week of the Overcome program and cannot recommend it highly enough. I came in with both pelvic pain and urinary symptoms and have been essentially symptom-free since going through the emotional release practices in the middle of the program. I look forward to applying these tools to other aspects of my health and life that I have struggled with. This program is transformative far beyond just men's pelvic health.

Michael goes above and beyond to assist people

First and foremost, Michael is a stand-up person dedicated to helping those who suffer silently from PFD CPPS and everything associated with these dysfunctions. Unfortunately for me, the program did not work for the fact I found out that I have structural issues that cannot be fixed with this program as my problem far exceeds any physical exercise, I require the assistance of a urologist and possibly the implant of an interstim device it was only after I purchased the Transform Men's Pelvic Health program that I found this out. Despite the program not working for me, Michael still took the time out of his day to assist me the best that he could with a 1 on 1 Zoom conversation where we went over everything in my life all of the possible contributors to my urinary symptoms. If you believe you suffer from pelvic issues I highly recommend Michael's 12-week program it has every tool available to assist you in recovering not just the physical components but also mind-body relaxation, trigger points, and other bonus content that will greatly help you in your journey to becoming pain-free. ~ Peter

Incredible set of tools to overcome disfunctions

This course was incredible!! It really helps addressing the root causes of the disfuctions and it focuses both on physical and mental release. It really provides many tools to work on different problems and it helps changing the negative image of ourselves that we often have. After the 8 week programs I saw enormous improvements and I know how to work on my own in the future to keep getting better and better.

A Gentle Guide Back to Health

I'm currently in week 9 of the Overcome program and my pain is almost all gone and I'm back to most of my normal activities. Michael does an excellent job of helping you understand the root cause of your pain/disfunction, which has made a huge difference in my healing. I was unable to get this understanding from other sources (doctors, PT, etc) in the past, which prevented me from moving forward. The program has really helped me understand how mental imbalances can manifest in the body, and how important it is to listen to these signals. It's not an easy path, but Michael is a wonderfully compassionate leader who helps you navigate the difficulties and identify the roadblocks that are causing imbalances.

Michael's platform empowered my recovery and broader self-realization

Michael's Transform program was a major part of my recovery from PFD, which I'd been suffering from for 3+ years. His holistic approach addresses mind, body and emotions. That broad base informed and educated me enough to focus on my perceived origins of pain, and pursue deeper practice in areas where I felt improvements. I did overcome and am pain-free for over one year. And I've been able to spring-board from this difficult experience to making improvements in my mind, body and spirit in many ways. Sometimes, pain is a gift that informs that change is needed. Michael's program is not a quick fix-all; but it is a great platform from which to pursue your own recovery. Only you can fix yourself.
