This company has a deceptive home page which makes it look official. They take your money and don't action the visa. A total scam.

Did a Google search for ESTA and this…

Did a Google search for ESTA and this is the first site that popped up and it looked legit enough - as far as an outsider from the US is concerned. Although the visa came through, the amount charged is ridiculously exorbitant. I am giving this company a one-star for not being ashamed for charging this amount of money or having more disclaimers throughout the process. I admit this is on me for not paying more attention, but this should be on this company as well to do better

Horrible

Horrible. Far more harm than good. I was trying to get a passport for travel and the guy at the copy shop mistakenly put me in their website, so I didn't know it was them. They claimed my photo, etc. checked out, but the Dept. of State put a hold on the application because the photos don't match up. THE WORST PART about it is that I can't get another passport before I leave for Thailand because they put in the application, so I can't travel until at least December 29th when I can make an appointment at the U.S> passport office. Hate them. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

This company is totally fraudulous

This company is totally fraudulous. They charged us € 177 for tickets for Tokyo Skytree and we never received anything. When we arrived at Skytree there were big warning signs for this company. They have a sponsored advert for Skytree on Google with the address tokyo-skytree.co. The extension "co" shows you it's fraudulent. The extension of the official web address is "jp". I reported this to Google but they refuse to take the advert down. They should be ashamed: earning money from thieves! Does that not make you a thieve as well?

ITS A TOTAL SCAM

ITS A TOTAL SCAM. THEY DO NOTHING. THEIR APPLICATION IS THE SAME ONE YOU HAVE TO FILL OUT ON THE GOVERNMENT SITE. SHAME ON GOOGLE FOR ALLOWING THIS SCAM WEBSITE. MY NORTON ALSO ALERTED ME THAT THIS SITE WAS DANGEROUS SO I THEN HAD TO CANCEL MY CARD AND GET A NEW ONE SO THE SCAMMERS COULD NOT ADD ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

FRAUD ON ESTA APPLICATION - SCAM BEWARE

Fraudulent website that links directly to ESTA visa application. Charged 89 USD, found out later that actual cost is 21 USD. They said they would pay back 68 USD, instead they charged another 68 USD, then refunded that back so net is I paid them 89 USD. SCAM .

Terrible

Terrible. At great expense travelled to Belfast to US Embassy for interview to be told no B1/B2 visas were being currently issued. TravelAssist did not tell me this even though it stated on my application requirements for B1/B2 Visa. You would think they would be up to date with US Visa policy, after all that is what they were paid for! However they were quick enough to charge me for the service.Do not use them!

I have applied for USA visa through…

I have applied for USA visa through this company as they have stated that my application will be reviewed for the high chance of success before submitting to the embassy, I have also paid extra for express process, they have replied to me after 24 hours that my application has been denied by US immigration and encourages me to apply with different application form and pay again. This company at the point of my view doesn't do anything more than apply for a visa individually and paying to this company will be wasting your money. It is your choice now to apply for a visa yourself or pay to travelassist company for whatever that you can do yourself.
