Horrible sales service
I was simply looking to renew my comprehensive $2250 annual travel insurance policy with them but they tell me I can't talk to anyone and have to do it by email yet when I do they ask vague questions which they then don't respond to. My policy expired 28 Feb and I sought renewal weeks before then. If their service to get new revenue is this bad how bad would they be if I actually had a claim on my $2250 policy last year?
