They listen to agents!
They listen to agents when we request new features or changes. As a Canadian agent, I have made a couple of simple requests, and they have adjusted their system to accommodate. I am looking forward to seeing what other improvements they make. Overall, TravelJoy has been great as a CRM for our new agency. It's an excellent all-in-one tool.

Robust but easy to use
I love using TravelJoy! I couldn't run my business without it. While being extremely robust with its features, it's also very user-friendly, with everything from invoicing to collecting payments to building itineraries. The TravelJoy team is constantly upgrading the platform and adding more features.

Travel Joy is EXACTLY what I needed for my travel business. I'm able to send Smart Proposals and Invoices that look professional and keep my client's cards secure. My favorite feature is the itinerary builder, it saves me a ton of time putting together itineraries for clients. Highly recommend!

Simply TERRIBLE ! The good reviews LIED
No matter how hard you try you can Never talk to a live person because of the small size of the staff according to the recording you'll receive when you try to call them. You have to email them and when the holidays were here no one responded to the emails for weeks and then when asked to have someone call me, they never did! I have been trying for months to create an itinerary for my upcoming cruise and it takes me hours to input any information and that's with a little help from Ai. The purpose of TravelJoy is very impressive but to continue to make monthly payments without any hands on support is not worth the money!

TravelJoy has been a real game-changer for my business, especially for the members of my team here in Quebec. Even though we’re a francophone agency, I’ve invested the time to translate most of the forms and maximize the platform’s tools for our clients. TravelJoy has such tremendous potential in our region, and I’ve even created a dedicated training program for agents here to help them get the most out of the system.I genuinely believe that a French version could be a huge step in expanding TravelJoy’s reach across Quebec, especially when it comes to winning over more agencies who would benefit from its features. Additionally, enhancements in accounting functionalities would really give TravelJoy a competitive edge over current systems here.

I have been using Travel Joy since 2019 when founder Dayo did an overview webinar for a small group of TAs. It had been a game changer in the management of my Company ever since. I love Travel Joy
I love Travel Joy. I recommend it to all new agents. I cannot do this business without it. I’ve been using it for nearly 3 years. They are constantly adding new things and making improvements. I’ve gone from needing two systems to just one for everything and I still don’t think I am using it to its full potential. Would love to get some “boot camp” courses to go over all the functions.
