You people were fantastic. The problem I had was dealt with immediately and the ruined mug was promptly replaced. I'm going to be using it tomorrow morning, and while drinking my coffee, I'll be wishing I really was in Paris.

Bought the Paris & Edinburgh mugs; small problem arose which they had resolved I couldn't believe how fast! People love both mugs and already go through the rotation a LOT! lol
I am happy with the products that I received from Travelmotivv. Both the hoodie and the mug are good quality, and both were packaged well and shipped quickly. I wish I had ordered a sweatshirt rather than a hoodie, but that is my fault. (I'm just not much of a hoodie fan, for myself)
The cup is pretty and it works well in the microwave. The glaze seems to be very good.

I received what I ordered but it came in two shipments. It would have been good to be notified it was coming in two shipments because I did not know and, consequently contacted the company. It was then they told me it was coming in two shipments.
