Great experience

Great experience. People who think along with you and point out mistakes. 1a print. What more could you want?

My go-to address for 3D prints

My go-to address for 3D prints, it's fast, easy, well-priced, and good quality prints. Easy access to small printing facilites and start ups, with high motivation and good communication. I ordered PETG, Polyamid, TPU so far, from various service providers. Way better than ordering at some bigger companies or places, where the prices go up and communciation + quality usually deteriorate (e.g. bought up startups).

Treatstock is great!

Treatstock allows me to pick between tons of different 3D printing vendors at different prices. It's a great marketplace for someone who does not own a 3D printer.

Great aggregation site for makers

Great aggregation site for makers. The platform’s functionality worked perfectly for my 3D print job and it was substantially cheaper than other sites.

Many great HUBS to choose from

3D Printing Junkies, 3D Printer Filaments , Taz's 3D Printing , BeneFab Engineering and Design are great HUBS, great experiences. I've been happy with their attention to detail on my prints. The prices are generally lower than Sculpteo, CraftCloud.

Unpaid for 4 months, no response from Treatstock

We are a small 3D printing service provider in Central Europe and partnered with Treatstock to fulfill several orders. The clients were satisfied, we completed the work on time, and Treatstock received payment. The problem is that when we requested our payout, nothing came. It has now been over four months since our withdrawal request, and despite multiple attempts to contact Treatstock through their support channels and email, we have received no response at all. This lack of communication and refusal to release earned funds is extremely unprofessional. If you rely on timely and transparent payouts, be very careful before working with them. Their shaddy practices and unresponsiveness makes us think that we have falled for this SCAM. Although we are not expecting anything at this point, we wanted to warn anyone who would consider working with them.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, Terrible platform. Tax forms don't work, customer service doesn't respond, they're unhelpful and a waste of time. Not worth the hassle as they don't have their platform working correctly. Find alternatives and don't waste your time.

I have had nothing but great outcomes with treatstock. The parts are perfect, incredibly inexpensive, and arrive quickly. The website is very easy to use. I was going to buy my own 3d printer but treatstock is much better!

This is a defunct business, do not use.

This appears to be a defunct business, the support will not respond to you and your earnings will be stolen by the founder Artem Arno. I have money sat on my account with no way of withdrawing it.

This company is a semi con

This company is a semi con. They are setup in the UK and hosted on uk.godaddy.com. When you come to make a withdrawl, they will take 30% of your income and say it is to pay for US Tax. If you are not a US citizen, they provide you with a form to fill in to remove the 30% deduction, however, they will not process it and will not respond to you. Since the money can not be paid to IRS, they must be pocketing the 30%. From what I am aware this is fraud. Don't just take my word for it, there are comments about this in many places including on this site. If you look on social media, Facebook, YouTube, etc, you will see they have not posted anything for over a year. If you still want to use them, make sure to increase your prices by 30% to cover their illegal deductions.

horrible customer service!

I've never really had a great experience with treatstock, but it's only fairly recently I've had a really bad one. I placed an order for about 40 small resin prints, and every single piece came uncured and unclean. the smell was absolutely horrible, and caused a migraine for several days.I went back and forth for about 4 months trying to have the printer reprint the pieces after disputing the order. I just wanted to send them back, but they said they would reprint them and then kept ghosting me. so, I finally reached out to treatstock support about the lack of response and unusable products. they offered a full refund, and I accepted. it's been over 3 months since that and support has also been ghosting me! at this point, it's way too late to try to file an issue with PayPal, so I have no clue how to get my money back because they're practically unresponsive.

Another printer left unpaid...

Add myself to the list of sellers that are not getting paid. I've had to reach out directly to my customers and let them know the situation. Treatstock appears to be out of business and left their printers out to dry. As of this writing (11/21/2023) I'm out nearly $200 in payments that Treatstock has yet to pay out. One of those payments has been 'approved' but was never sent to PayPal. Questions to support have gone unanswered. The owners have marked themselves as anonymous on LinkedIn and their contact information is a UPS store in Delaware. Unfortunately they were a niche site in a market that helped a lot of people, like myself, make a little cash from our underutilized printers. I'm willing to update my review if they'd reply back but until then, I'd suggest staying away.Edit: Finally received payout on 12/3.. exactly 30 days after I received it. Note that it was MINUS 28% withholding for 'taxes' simply because they refused to confirm my W-9.

4 months and no pay

Similar experience to the UK guy who wasn't paid. I'm USA based and I've been trying to get paid since JUNE. Did a $400 order for a single customer. They rated it 5-stars and a) no one will reply to my emails / support tickets. Submitted around 10 requests. b) treatstock wanted to withhold 30% for tax if for wasn't on file (I filed it out when I signed up) and c) since they didn't reply, I submitted the withdrawal request even though it shows they are going to withhold 30% for taxes. It's been over a month and no deposit to my PayPal account...They are not to be trusted and they are padding their pockets with small 3D printing businesses suffering.

As a seller on this platform

As a seller on this platform, I initially had high hopes of finding a convenient place to manufacture products for customers. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. They deduct 30% from withdrawals, assuming everyone is based in the US. Despite repeatedly submitting the required tax form, it seems to have never been processed, resulting in a 30% charge on every withdrawal. While I didn't have many sales, I hoped to use this platform for additional income.I encountered an issue with a client who sent me a request, which I accepted. However, less than an hour later, the customer wanted to cancel the order, and there was no cancel button available after acceptance. I attempted to contact TreatStock through various channels, including their website's DM, contact form, and email, but received no response. This lack of communication and support is a severe flaw in their business operations.I made my last withdrawal request on September 3rd and I'm still waiting for it to be processed, with the 30% deduction once again. I would like to amend my review and resume using this platform to print products for clients, but at this point, it's impossible. TreatStock urgently needs to improve its communication, respond to emails, and enhance its overall website functionality. While it might be a decent platform for customers, it's a frustrating and unviable choice for sellers due to delayed payments and a lack of responsiveness to critical inquiries.UPDATE - Payment has been received today. 29/09/23
