Ordered and installed a grill for my f150. Very cool looking grill and pricey. Figment was bad, but after making adjustments, all was good. Grill rusted out very quickly. Distributor sent me a new grill after waiting several months. Finally got around to installing the new one today. This one has several bubbled paint spots on the grill already. Complete garbage. To spend almost $2000 on a grill that arrives with bubbled paint is just unacceptable.

I was fine with the 4 month wait for my Tahoe's billet grille. What I wasn't fine with was the company refusing to help my distributor when I wanted to return the grille. I was returning it for a legitimate reason: The grille caused a whistling sound at 49 mph+. An obnoxious whistling sound, that is. The grille was approx $1600 and TRex claimed I needed to pay a restocking fee of almost $400, which is ridiculous, as they never mentioned anything about a restocking fee at date of purchase. I was told the supercharger was getting more air and causing the whistle. LOL. I have a Corsa enclosed intake. There's no extra air coming into the motor. The extra air is from the Trex grille. Customer service is horrific and I've purchased from you before (through a distributor). I'm not some complaining customer looking for handouts. I simply wanted to return the grille for a refund and leave it that. AND after all this, I still purchased the billet inserts for my stock grille and received no credits or anything. That will be the last grille I purchase from your company and hope you change your mind on the restocking fee, or at least notify customers on the front end.

Seems to be a common occurrence with T-Rex, they are late. IF T-Rex was my girlfriend and she was late this much I would not have any hair left. Placed an order, was told it was in stock and would ship that day or the next. When I did not receive shipment confirmation I was told they don't know where 2 grills went too and would have to make them. Then I was told I would have it in hand April 1. April 1 came and went, (April's fool on me) and no grill in hand. Checked back with them and it was supposed to be shipped on April 4th, then the 5th. Called today to verify shipment........guess what, no shipment. Now it is supposed to be shipped on the 15th, which is a holiday. Come on T-Rex, why can't you get your act straight? Funny thing is, you did this same thing to me two years ago. Why I came back to you, I dont know. You never ship on time and you dont have product in stock. You come up with one excuse after another.

A Whole New Look!
I purchased both Upper and lower grilles for my Dodge Charger. The quality is great and the install wasn't too bad with the instructions included. I did have an issue with rust on the grilles but it was covered under warranty. The team was able to process my warranty claim pretty quickly and I was sent a replacement set. Overall Im very satisfied with my purchase. I get a lot of compliments and questions of where I purchased the grilles. It really changed the look and set my car apart from others.

Scam, with terrible customer service.Wow what a long story, so to summerize they use pay pal. Send you parts that don't work and then finally when you get a refund processed they refund you only a portion of your money so that it's a absolute hassle to get your money back.Avoid at all costs these guys are a headache, scammers, selling junk parts that don't fit, false discretions, I've been dealing with this for almost 5 months now.....

Probably one of the worst customer…
Probably one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had with a company. The order was late by weeks. From the purchase date to the shipment date, it was almost 6 weeks. The first time I called, they advised me they had to look into it and call me back, they never called me back. I called a second time days later and they told me that my order was pushed by by a few weeks. Well that was the par for the course. Order kept get moved back, but there was zero communication. I felt like I was dealing with Comcast.
