First time car shipper, 5 star experience
I recently had to ship a car for the first time across the country, and Charlie at TrueCarriers came highly recommended by a good friend. I must say he surpassed all expectations and delivered a truly white glove end-to-end experience that made me feel comfortable shipping one of my most prized possessions. I cannot recommend him enough!

I have used truecarriers twice now and both times Charlie Diaz has been amazing. He has great communication, called often to make sure everything was going well and to keep me up to date. I will be going through Charlie again in the future if I need anything else shipped.

Detailed account of experience
Let me preface this by saying Charlie asked me to write this review. At first I was very skeptical about the service because they offered to ship my vehicle at such a low price (700 for a motorcycle, north carolina to california). This was also around the holiday season. The first driver that Charlie found kept pushing off the pickup date, but he was very accommodating and supportive in finding me a new driver that would meet my deadline. He managed to find another driver after I raised the driver offer to 1000. This was reasonable. The new driver picked up the bike, I payed 300, and delivered it in an enclosed trailer in 6 days, meeting my timeline. However, on delivery the bike was scratched. He knocked off a few hundred dollars, so it came out to about 700 total. All in all the experience was good. There was at the very least good communication, and the price before the scratch was very fair.

Hi i would like to share my experience not only as a customer also as an agent working there for Carshipcentral , movewheels and true carrier it's the same company with different names and how they ask us to scam people and keep on asking for more money overtime here is how it works they will provide a low price to get you sign a contract and get the CC info and keep on pushing the dates till you end up paying more so they make more money and get the lowest price for a driver it doesn't end here as an employee i had a family emergence and provided what's going on to the sales manager and got sick the next thing that i was told that i got fired and will not be paid for the month that i worked almost the full month it's up to you to give them your business or not after reading this but remember that you will be making a joke of your self

Charlie Diaz did an excellent job of communicating throughout the whole process. This was my first time using a transport service so I was uneasy about the whole process but he was always able to be reached and responded timely with questions which made my experience much better. I moved a vehicle from Michigan to Arizona.

Charlie was diligently working hard to find drivers for my situation. He had good communication with the drivers and the stipulations. I had a truck, jet ski, a collector's car and a welding trailer. There were some hiccups along the way but in the end all my items were delivered safely.

Dishonest and false advertisement
I had a terrible experience with True Carrier when transporting my car from New York to California. They misrepresented their insurance coverage, claiming in the contract that my vehicle was protected with $100K bumper-to-bumper insurance, which turned out to be false advertising.After my car was damaged during transport, TrueCarriers provided me with 2 incorrect insurance policies before finally giving me the right one. Now, I’m being told that the dispatcher’s insurance doesn’t actually cover my claim. TrueCarriers has taken zero responsibility in following up with the dispatcher or helping me resolve this issue.I trusted this company to handle my car shipment professionally, but they have been completely unhelpful and unaccountable. If you’re considering using True Carrier, be extremely cautious—their insurance claims may not be what they promise.
