True connect will loan you money,without all of hassels that come from other sources,if you work for certain employers..the money is available,because they get paid when you get paid..payroll deductions..so your payment is always on time…I love the ease of it..

Easy application and quick approval
It was easy to apply and approval was quick. Payments are zero effort with paycheck withdrawal. Short payment period (1 year) ensures you are not strapped with years of payments. And importantly... the interest is reasonable. Appreciate this loan avenue, which allowed me to bring the family along with me on a short-notice travel to New York and make amazing memories.

It'a OK
For the most part it's ok. not having to go through a credit check is awesome but, as someone who have been with the company I work for going on 5 years I would think the loan could have been higher as I'm trying to get my daughter through her first year of college at U of O. No full ride here, I also think if you've paid more than 1/2 of your loan there should be a chance for you to borrow against the loan again but, that's not an option.

I was in a very difficult situation. My hot water heater had quit working. True Connect was able to help me in a very desperate time and immediately. I am so grateful for the kind associates and thankful this was an option.

Have been using true connect for a long time and it said that I owed 1.15 a payment went through and now it says I owe 345. I had made a 342 dollar payment ten days ago. Why. Really need this to buy a car.

My experience with True Connect has…
My experience with True Connect has been mostly positive including customer service. I'm a little disappointed that the APR isn't adjusted according to your credit. I'm not sure if that's why my employer has put this particular benefit offer on indefinite hold.

Easy application/approval. Regular balance updates. Consistent and accurate withdrawal times. Would love to reapply when my current loan is paid off, however, I believe TrueConnect no longer works with my employer. I wish they would work with us outside of employer deductions (eg out of personal checking account).

Confused and concerned.
I had used this several times and it was easy and repayment options were easy has well. A serious thing happened and I needed a loan and I was denied for poor performance history. I was never late on payments and have paid off three loans before how is that bad performance. I used them because I had no other option and when serious times came I was turned down. So not sure I know what to think now.
