My experience with True View Windows…
My experience with True View Windows was excellent. The installation team was professional and efficient, and the windows look fantastic and feel very durable. It really improved both the look and comfort of my home.

NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY
We hired True View to replace all of our windows. Two years later, windows began to leak. Called True View and after 10 days and 3 messages, Annaliese told me we did NOT have a warranty. Then she was rude about how long it took to answer my calls. I immediately asked for a manager. I spoke to Rhika, Vince, Ryan, and finally the store manager, Troy, and suddenly they found our warranty. They scheduled an appt to come to look, then canceled the night before, Scheduled again, and then didn't show. I called back, but we were not on the schedule, surprise! When the guys finally came out and took the trim apart, the windows were not installed correctly! They realized they came with the wrong color trim, so an hour back to Phoenix and an hour back to our house. The job took another complete day. Both managers, of the store and install called, and I explained that the caulk was not right and that their guys accidentally took our broom and dustpan. They both said they would get the caulk and the broom corrected, That was February 16th, not a word since. We also used True View for our glass shower door. We wanted to like and support this company but after poor installation, years of wasted utilities slipping through the windows, tons of calls, aggravation, missed appointments, and lack of planning on their end, I'm gonna say we will not be using or recommending True View.

I would like to thank all of the…
I would like to thank all of the employees starting from the staff at the desk answering the phones and answering questions to the installers that perform the glass installation for being so efficient and courteous. They go out their way to help you understand what the process will be when ordering windows/glass and are always prompt. The installers are so pleasant to deal with and leave your home or office very clean. I would highly recommend using them as I have for my business needs and my personal home.

The two guys who attended (father and son) were just the most helpful individuals I could have wished to meet. I would not hesitate to recommend trueview to anyone/everyone I know. I was happy about every aspect of their service.

A+ Company and Service
I had a sliding door that became nonfunctional due to a broken lock. I called several glass/window companies, none were able to take the job. When I called True View they took the job without hesitation. Derek & Dylan knew what was wrong and how to repair it. They were careful handling the door, well organized and repaired the lock. I highly recommend True View Glass and Derek & Dylan.

Great Crew for a large glass replacement job…
We had MANY dual pane window glass replacements done. The crew (Bob, Victor, Brody, Ethan and Dylan) were professional, neat, on time, and courteous. They worked very well together as a team and finished my large job in a very timely manner. Highly recommend this company. Very responsive with calls, emails, estimates, and all correspondences.

Absolutely awesome
After purchasing my home, I discovered that the windows were not closing properly and allowing a lot of cold air in. True View was the only company that actually cared enough to try and solve the problem - every other company just wanted to sell me new windows at an exorbitant cost. Thank you True View for being honest and providing great service!

Highly recommended!
A neighbor recommended True View, and I’m so glad she did! They were professional and I’m not surprised that it took a few months for them to be able to help us, because of their high quality work. It didn’t take them long at all to install, and the double pane patio doors and screens are working well. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with all the help…
I was very pleased with all the help from Chad Carlson to choose what windows & doors I needed to order. It took way too long for the product to become available for installation (May-Nov.) and then an additional couple of weeks for the patio door screens to come later. The installers did not do a very good job caulking around the 4 kitchen windows and I had to pay my handyman to make it presentable. There were scratches on one of the kitchen windows (replaced the pane by Milgard) and on both family room patio doors which had to be buffed out. One appointment to deliver the screens was missed after I waited all afternoon. I refused to accept the first installation of the screens as they were very hard to slide and the locking mechanism didn't match up easily. They were taken back to the shop and trimmed. The family room lock is still not right and is hard to line up and lock. I was told that "the screen doors are not to keep intruders out but rather to allow the air in". All-in-all, I am happy with my new doors and widows, however, the process was way too long and painful. The installers were very considerate and friendly throughout the process.
