TruGrid: A Simpler, Smarter Alternative to Citrix
We moved off of Citrix and over to TruGrid last year due to rising costs and complexity of Citrix.TruGrid has been amazing. The simplification of administration has freed up hours of troubleshooting and admin work that I would have to spend on Citrix on a weekly basis. The flexibility of the TruGrid system out of the box for my supporting my users across several domains and companies has been nothing short of a miracle when I compare doing the same things in Citrix. Support has been spot on. Because things "just work" my support needs have been pretty minor. I can use the chat function to add 4 different domain alias to a single tenant and 2 minutes later, it is done and working. If I have a question on an admin function because I have not had to touch it for 2 months, Support tells me how to fix it and gives me links to the documentation for next time. Very happy with their support.TruGrid probably won't like this part, but the cost of TruGrid vs Citrx made it easy to sell the boss on a POC trial. The cost + experience + time savings made it a no brainer to sign a 3 year contract. Heck they even helped us with a cost structure that fit our business needs vs forcing us into a plan that wasn't going to work for us.

I use TruGrid every day. It's a great product, we use it to remotely access our Winery cooling systems in a secure way and I have never had any issues. Their support is extremely responsive and they resolve all of my issues very quickly. While we are a very small customer we feel extremely valued.

TruGrid was a lifesaver during COVID. Our in-house firewall was not doing the trick with its VPN. TruGrid is reliant on Azure, and Azure is far from perfect, BUT, the product, the setup, the support are all terrific.

A very secure solution

TruGrid simplifies the vpn and rdp connection model to allow the remote workforce entry into their office computer. Their zero trust configuration helps isolate a potentially dangerous user home device from the corporate network. More importantly it's 2FA required and utilizes the users known AD credentials. One password, 2FA and seconds later your have rdp access to the work pc. It was a life saver when COVID hit for our customers not equipped to mobilize.

We are an MSP using TruGrid to manage remote desktop access for several customers from a single dashboard. We love their multi-tenant dashboard, single sign-on to AD, and integrated MFA. Setup takes about 30 minutes and their support is great.

We found TruGrid via Google and we were surprised how easy it was to install for securing RDP. What we found interesting is that they secure RDP without opening any firewall ports and their solution also includes 2FA. We used their chat app on the website and support was very helpful and responsive.
