**I have attempted to make purchases on your platform; however, although my card is accepted for the payment of the membership, I am subsequently not allowed to complete other payments. This situation has occurred on two occasions.Additionally, I purchased some lip oils that do not meet what is promoted on social media. After submitting my complaint and receiving confirmation that replacement products would be sent, my account was blocked without any resolution to the issue.**

I love how hydrated my skin feels
I love how hydrated my skin feels, especially with this cold weather. If used to stay really dry even when I used creams, but now with the oils and serums, my skin feels soft and glowing.

Truly knows beauty & knows how to make it so enjoyable
Truly fan here, I’m not going to say I have been obsessed with every product I’ve received but IN THE RARE OCCASION I don’t like a product (usually it’s not even the products results it’s something minor like not loving the scent) they immediately respond and make it right. All of their products are clean and actually* produce stellar results. Truly beauty is a great company and other companies need to take note. They check all the boxes what more could you want?!

Really like the brand overrall
Really like the look, feel and smell of their products plus the shave scrubs, butters, after shave oil and butter make your skin pretty smooth! My only tiny knitpick and I wouldn't care except shipping is kind of high but I thought shipping free with truly+, yet I get charged for it each time with an order
