I reached out to Spartan because I had gotten an unexpected shipment of Root Activator. JeAnne and Roy were extremely helpful in investigating the issue and resolving it to my satisfaction. What a pleasure to actually get customer service when reaching out to a company’s customer service department!

I have ordered 6 months supply of Spartan Root activator shampoo. The ordering process is complicated and by mistake it duplicated my order. I contacted support and Joan is very helpful in removing the duplicate order and providing credit quickly. Thanks Joan

JEANNE, Spartan Support, has been very poised, calm and collected in the handling of my issue from the get-go. The response was very expedient, indeed. I ended up requesting cancellation of my order because of the prohibitive cost of the Upsell product that was presented after I placed my order. Because of " Service Extraordinaire" exhibited, as soon as I have saved enough to cover the cost of the 'Journey', I will reorder.
I had a reoccurring order and I did not realize it. All the people I dealt with to straighten it out, Joan , Joseph and JeAnne were great and took care of my problem and concerns. It all worked out to my satisfaction. Thank you !!

I have issue in my package, the courier delivered it open, and when I check the items, something is missing. I immediately contact the support service and report them about my package issue then immediately made an action. Thanks to Joan and Veronica for helping me, they replace my order free of charge.

This company is a bait and switch company and they will automatically start charging your credit card without your consent and I did not sign up for a continued product delivery. Please run and hide from this company you will see more information coming from my friends
