Jason and Ryan ripped out the old, dirty carpet and pad and neatly rolled it up and took out to their truck. Then they installed the new pad and carpeting. They had to put in a seam that isn't noticeable. Thank you!! They left us several pieces of the new carpet incase it is needed in the future. The carpet looks great! Thank you for the wonderful job! Mike and Jacob just installed our carpet! They had to remove the old dust ridden carpet. They vacuumed the floor with a hepa filter vacuum; used an antibacterial cleaning solution on the floor; laid the padding and taped the seams. Then, they put the carpeting down - cutting and fitting it perfectly! It looks fantastic! They took special care with the door openings and with a necessarily bare area, where a floor-to-ceiling cabinet will be. Many thanks from us Kevin and Don R.

What outstanding carpet installers Jason and Ryan were. They were professional, courteous, friendly, paid attention to detail and the carpeting looks awesome. They were also very neat and tidy with their installation. What a pleasure to have these two gentlemen in my home.

Purchased carpeting on Jan 4; install and haul away finished up today. Great experience with Zach S. on carpet selection, large living room plus runners made from excess. Today’s delivery was on time and thorough. Team of Bob&Gabe arrived with goods; swiftly moved all furniture, placed padding&carpeting, were fastidious. Compliments to management - your employees are not only respectful, but your service is tops.

I have done business with Tile & Carpet Town several times. Whether it be for a small remodel project to freshen up the carpets in a couple of rooms, to new hardwoods in my current home, all the flooring in our new office building that involved a lot of tile work and carpet, to the flooring and tile work in a new home construction project which they are currently engaged with. My most recent experience was with Flora - she has been fantastic. Her suggestions, knowledge, and honest opinions go a long way. She and her team have been a pleasure to work with. We met with Flora Moucha at the store on Erie Blvd Dewitt NY to buy carpet and vinyl for our basement. She was great to work with. She also got a better date than expected for install. Liked that she was not a pushy salesman and let us make the decision about price on our own. Highly recommend her.
Mike Lawton came to my home to install my new carpet. What a gentleman! He was very curtious and polite as well as knowledgeable. Mike installed the carpet in no time and was meticulous cleaning up after all was finished. Can't say enough good about this man. Great job.
In the past 12 months, we have been to Tile and Carpet Town numerous times as we were redoing the inside of our home. We have mostly worked with Nate and Flora and both were great! We have purchased backsplash tiles, fireplace stone, 7 bound carpet remnants and ceramic tiles for flooring in that time. They have been nothing but helpful and make good suggestions. We did the backsplash, fireplace And ceramic tile ourselves and were provided with all the materials we needed. Today, we finished updating our house by having new carpet installed on stairs and a hallway. The installers were super professional, friendly, cleaned up after themselves and were on time, quick and efficient. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!!
I recently had new flooring installed in my small living room area and I am very pleased with the results. Flora in the showroom on Erie Blvd in Syracuse was excellent to work with. This is my 4th successful project over a 10 year with Tile and Carpet Town.
We picked out a Runner for our stairway - with the help of Laurie.She is ALWAYS so helpful!She knows just what we need - Color schemes and selections, etc.Installation went perfectly and then what was leftover we had bound for additional runners and remnants for around the house.The runner on the stairway is so great - We Love it - Thank - You Laurie and Everyone at Carpet One!We are thrilled at the results!
Just had our dining room, living room, stairway and hall carpet cleaned by Brandon. Great job. Brandon took the time to explain the whole process and performed the work very professionally. This was our first cleaning for our year and a half old carpet and we will be sure to call back for the next time.
