TV Guide Magazine rip-off

TV Guide magazine failed to let me know that they do not publish TV listings for the Mountain Time Zone. The Magazine is useless, a total rip-off, and they refuse to refund your money when you cancel. I got ONE magazine, tried to cancel, and was told that I could not get a refund. Be warned! Don't subscribe!!!

Useless

Useless. Ads are of course necessaty, but they won"t cancel, duplicate themselves and cover the page..Functionally a waste of time.

Inaccurate and overpriced magazine

I have subscribed on and off for over 40 years but I am done. This magazine now comes every 3 weeks instead of weekly. It is soooo inaccurate. The listings are often wrong and there appears to be no fact checking. I understand that networks often change shows at the last minute but when my TV guide notes that a new episode of “matlock” begins January 8 and it is reruns and I then do a search and find it is returning Feb 26 that is a huge discrepency. This magazine is inaccuate, overpriced and irrelevant. Save your money and use the guide on your Tv to find accurate listings.

People, stay away from these crooks. Multiple missed/3 week issues. Emailed several times to cancel and refund..no response from these scumbags. Filed BBB complaint and so should you.

Not Happy for inconvenience

This does not show 8 days in advance, not when at nearby 4am you can't find out what's on the same day next week. I like to be able to plan the same day next week what I'm viewing, or if there's sport etc interrupting programs. I find this very frustrating when I have to come back to this later on. It used to be that you could find out 8 days in advance. Why advertise a service you can't provide - typical TVNZ - I call this serviceCRAP

That who ever runs it doesn't give a crap about people

Our house burn down. We lost everything. We sent them a message asking if we could continue to get the magazine. It was just a flat no. No compassion or empathy. Money is more important than people

Utter stupidity is the kindest explanation.

They simply discontinued sending the TV Guide for no reason. I have contacted them over and over with all of the information on the label of the last issue I received. They keep saying they have no record of the subscription or my name and demand more information - information they already have. If there is a rating lower than zero - that is the one.

pay or consent seems to have finally killed the app and website off for good. ironically, the best tv guide is the one built in to my 15 year old telly 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣in a world where hosting gets cheaper and cheaper, too many companies are trying to increase profit by milking their products for far more than they are worth.

Adverts used to be acceptable on…

Adverts used to be acceptable on mobile, however recently ads and pop ups prevent scrolling to see what's on + some adverts take up full mobile screen which invariably means I shut the site access off .

It's a tech issue.

It's a tech issue.They will send me a link to a program grid, and the grid is blank.I've had three different links sent to me by 3 different clerks. All with the same result.When I called last, the clerk said all she could do was send me another link.I asked her to connect me with a supervisor. I've been waiting. I'll give it another 15 minutes, then figure I've wasted my money.

9 times out of 10 its wrong and it seems the only lifetime movies it gives me is African Americans or blacks it been wrong for the last 2 months and you keep bugging me about renews, I got allot of other ways to get my info for free, but I've had TV guide since I was 9, I'm 53 and very disappointed I've had to learn to do without you will be on my cutting block.

Listing errors

The TV Guide website and app are showing bad data. This started about Jan 1 or earlier. I think they and other TV listings apps use the same database because they all have the same incorrect listings. This must be FIXED!

I ordered the tv guide quite awhile ago and still haven't gotten it yet,I got two flimsy thin flyers that said tv guide streaming,but no TV Guide of course it's paid for so I should get them soon My name is Iva not I've please fix this

Something happened to my last issue of…TV Guide

Something happened to my last issue of TV Guide and I did not receive it by mail. On Oct. 28th, I talked to Flora and told her what happened.She not only said she would send out a replacement, she offered to send me a link that provided me with the information until my Guide arrived.I was really impressed with her willingness to help, and go out of the way to make this a good experience.

TOTAL TV GUIDE MISPRINTED

Usually this tv listings is hrlpfull but week com 9/11/24 its misprinted getting sky movies cocked up . They list sky 303 as christmas but it seems to be 310 ch drama ,??? Confuseing check your listings bower.

After proving I paid for my subscription through next year, TV guide still stopped sending our magazine. Their problem is that they never stop sending renewals, even when it's not time to renew. Then they won't honor what you've already paid for.

wats wrong is you provide 3 1/2 hrs of tv guide. from7p-10:30pm . there are 48 pages of advertisement 17pages of those have 1" wide advertising only movies collum. theres no guide for other TV STATIONS. the old tv guide was alot better. very disappointing. take out some of the ads and put 24 7 guide.
