I became a hostage to the situation with the company: the American side stole my parcels and refuses to return them, giving the most inadequate arguments. Your internal disputes within the company should not be resolved AT MY EXPENSE. Hundreds of clients did not receive their parcels. I do not recommend Ukraine Express - they are scammers!!!

Ukraine Express failed to warn its customers about internal problems and continues to receive parcels at its US warehouse but does not ship to Ukraine. Hundreds of customers have not received their parcels. I do not recommend Ukraine Express they are a scam!!!

The company has offices in the US
The company has offices in the US, and for 6 years we used their services to send aid to Ukraine, but today they blocked a package saying that only a Ukrainian citizen can be their client. So for 6 years they took our money and had no problem with it. What a great way to do business in the US! Overall, they still do not know much about client service: do not answer e-mails on time, ignore some questions, impossible to reach over the phone, etc...

Company conduct is unprofessional and rude
My recent dealing with UE has been very unpleasant. I have order items for personal use from Amazon UK that i have prior confirmed with UE support to make sure there will be no issues to import to Ukraine, and it was not and issue for the past six months. However, last two parcels (that contain identical items) have been treated in a very different way. One package delivered as usual, and on the second I am charged commission. When question what is commission and when it should be charged UE have failed to provide explanation. They did however, tried to "blame" Ukrainian Tax code but when were asked for proof reverted to "it is charged at company" discretion". Beware! you will be charged based on the "mood" of those dealing with your shipment. Asking "why" would result in a 10 days long and, at times rude, exchange with still no clarity.

Bad company
An unpleasant thing happened recently.21 / 08/2020 sent a parcel to Basildon, Britain in the direction of Ukraine-Cherkasy. Before packing, I took photos of the contents of the package. Today, 4/09/2020, the parcel arrived as intended, the courier gave it to the recipient. Unpacking the parcel, the man was very disappointed. Almost everything that came to the recipient was broken.The package included an electric kettle, multicooker, coffee maker and mini speakers. Everything was packed in several layers of pimples and tightly packed in a box so that there were no voids. To which the company replied that it was not responsible for the fragile product. Concluding from this, any product that breaks, the company will not respond.
