Do not know the meaning of customer support - don't buy.
Rubbish customer service. Just like another reviewer I have a problem with an F-Bike. The electronic display won't function. Amazon the supplier do not want to know as it is out of warranty so I contacted Ultrasport. They initially said they would send one foc even though I was prepared to buy it. Nothing materialised despite many emails - no communication after they asked for my address. Really Poor and would suggest you look elsewhere.

Service reps talk a good game, but don't follow through
My F-bike strap snapped and I contacted Ultrasport asking about a replacement. Initially it seemed very promising; the service rep said they'd send one out right away and asked for my address. Over the course of the next 2 months and multiple emails the rep became more evasive, using excuses about problems in the warehouse. Now my emails are being ignored. It's a shame as the F-bike is a good product when it works, but on the plus side this has motivated me to take up running again.

Outstanding Customer Service
Bought the F-Bike from Amazon. Great piece of kit but it developed a fault. Contacted Ultrasport via email on a Saturday and got a very quick and helpful reply within an hour! I responded to them the next day (Sunday) providing answers to their reasonable questions. When I opened my mailbox early on the Monday morning there was already a response from Ultrasport saying they had arranged for a brand new replacement product to be shipped out. That is what real customer service looks like. A massive thank you from me to them for making the process so easy. If only this was the standard for all customer service.

Ultrasport F-bike
F-bike. I am satisfied that the F-bike meets my needs, it is sturdy and comfortable, the difference between the 8 resistance levels aren’t significant but that doesn’t matter to me, I knew that was the case before I made the purchase. Ultrasport demonstrated fantastic customer service by providing me with replacement parts for my F- bike which I bought 2nd hand. The parts arrived promptly and it’s good to know that the company will look after it’s customers and it’s products.

Ultrasport Arm-Legtrainer
I bought an Ultrasport Arm-Legtrainer Mini Bike MB 100 in December 2020 and it was perfect for my fitness regime. Unfortunately, in May 2022 I noticed that the Rear Support Bar (the longest Support Bar) plastic has split down the centre from top to bottom, even though I had conformed strictly to the Environmental Requirements for use. I e-mailed Ultrasport.net on Sunday 8th May 2022, attaching my Proof of Purchase and Receipt, and asking if they could send me the replacement part for my Mini Bike. I had a lovely reply on 9th May 2022, promising that a new part would be sent within one to two weeks. It arrived from Germany on 16th May 2022. I am so impressed with Ultrasport's customer service and highly recommend them.

Had a minor problem with the plastic pedal strap on my F-Bike splitting. I had a replacement delivered from Germany inside a week. Brilliant service and a great product too. Thank you Putzki and Ultrasport.

I really can’t grumble at all I’ve had…
I really can’t grumble at all I’ve had the bike for 2 years the screen started to play up around the 6 months mark, I didn’t think to message but it finally broke recently.I sent an email with my product number, model number which is on the bottom of the Bike on a Monday and they had a new computer display delivered from Germany by the Thursday. Really amazing company and friendly customer service by Putzki & Ultrasport. Highly recommend.

Issues after 2 months , no support...
Bike has issues after only 2 months usage.Been weeks no reply from support. Last chance before official legal complaint will be filled for not offering support which is a MANDATORY EU requirement for product commercialisation so their products might be banned.
