We have been using UWT for a few years now and Luke Genoyer has provided 5* customer service. Luke has provided clear, effective solutions and responds quickly. Communication was smooth and reliable throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking for prompt support and excellent results.

I’m not giving them 1–2 stars because their service works as advertised and the price is competitive. However, I feel compelled to leave a review because I’m not thrilled with a few things:Discrimination if you aren’t a business. The pricing for business and personal use is the same, yet they wouldn’t even answer some of my questions because I wasn’t a business. Once you are a business and can prove it, they treat you better—including assigning you your own account manager. I actually set up a business just to avoid being discriminated against (and I had other personal reasons for doing so as well). My advice: if you’re a personal customer, maybe look elsewhere unless you’re okay with being discriminated against.They threatened to disconnect my service because I wasn’t a business and was “too pushy” for asking to pay for a whole year—something they say is only for businesses. As a personal customer, I was told I could only pay month-to-month. I simply said I like the service and wanted to prepay for the year, and they responded by threatening to disconnect me, so I basically had to beg them not to.To prove you’re a business, they require a business registration plus a matching website address and email address. Beware if you don’t have all of this.Anyway, good luck to them. I’m moving my business to Zoom Phone, which isn’t asking me to prove I’m a business, treats me and regular people the same, and—based on my experience—offers better prices and services.

Very excited to onboard with this company. The interface is easy to use and the customer service is OUTSTANDING. Great customer service. I had a minor issue accessing something on my account. I am a new customer, so I was new to the system and looking in the wrong spot. It was nice to have a real person to reach out to so I could trouble shoot. They resolved the issue for me and showed me where to find the information in the future in around 15 mins. The customer service is excellent. Every time I have a request, there is a helpful person to assist - not a bot. I was nervous at first but they really are a great service I’ve had for 5 years.
Very easy to set up with great customer support. The network quality is excellent, and I haven't experienced any issues in over a year of use.
Every time I've needed support, help or service they're available within moments by chat or phone, no problem. The services have been great from three different continents forwarding calls to the US. It's a complicated compliance environment moving between countries, but UWT makes it look easy. I'll recommend them and continue to add services moving forward.
