I was very pleased with my experience with Units Moving and Portable Storage. Two storage units were recommended and they were the perfect sizes for my move from Wisconsin to Virginia. Delivery and pickup in Wisconsin were both on time and placement was ideal for loading. Instructions were given for opening and closing the Units. My home in Virginia is located in a wooded area off a narrow gravel road and the Units were delivered on time and placed perfectly for unloading. Additional storage time at my home was needed for unloading and was well accommodated by Units. Pickup was not deterred by a very rainy day when road conditions were not ideal. My contact with every representative of Units was exceptional. They were all very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Units Moving and Portable Storage.

Sudden Move
We had an un expected, time sensitive and long move, PA to Fl. They were fantastic at coordinating everything for us and confirming every step of the move. Drop off, pick up, delivery, everything was smooth and the communication great. They also did not raise the price because of our situation. I know because i had quotes from all the other container type moving companies. We were worried and stressed and they were so understanding and accommodating as we slowly lost our minds in the move. I cant say enough good things about them and i am very grateful towards their team.

Top notch customer service from the whole team, especially Gina and Charlene! They managed my UNIT delivery with lots of communication and on time. I called last minute (after hours) to get a 3rd UNIT, and someone locally (Denver, CO) called me back on what to expect next with my last minute request, and they came through with that delivery 🙌🏽. When we got to the new state, the Louisville, KY warehouse, Kevin, was also highly communicative and the driver, Chris, came on time, every time with each UNIT. Can’t praise this company enough and I love how every one in different states worked uniformly to make my long distance move a smooth process ♥️ thank you all so much! My move was already a disaster when our car broke down and the new house was dirty… but I at least had yall to deliver my items when I needed to make this place a home 😊

Highly recommend for moving and/or storage
Units was a great company to work with during a huge move for us. We had to pack up two 16 foot containers at different times. The drivers always showed up promptly, professionally and kind. The way they maneuver the pods is seriously so impressive too and fun to watch.Guy, Heather and Kilesha at the main offices were also very helpful throughout the process.They stored our belongings safely for almost 7 months, then drove them 3.5 hours down to our new home for drop off and pick up. If you need help storing or moving items, I would highly recommend!

"Units" Portable storage container
Units storage, has a Robo delivery system that worked for our project. They were able to park on the street,at one house then put directly in the backyard at 2nd house with no issue. This allowed us to load the Unit at our pace. After the Unit was loaded they delivered the Unit to our new residence driveway and again we could unload at our pace. They were accommodating with pick up times and delivery times. We utilized their services to move from two houses into one house. Great customer service and always available. We dealt with people not websites or apps! The only robot was the the one that delivered the unit.I highly recommend them. I would reuse their service but I do not plan on moving anymore!

Top notch long-distance move
From start to finish, my interactions with the Units team was top notch! I moved from FL to KY and was VERY pleased with the move. They delivered the unit both to the original and final destinations exactly when they said they would, picked them up on time, and were very pleasant to work with through the whole process! Do not hesitate to use Units for a long distance move. Even with hiring movers to load and unload, the price was much less than having movers transport my contents.

UNITs came highly recommended by our StLouis-based realtor. They lived up to all our expectations. First off was the communications with the scheduling staff - both locally and at their national HQ. We moved two 16 foot UNITs containers from St Louis to Los Angeles area. We loaded the two containers about three months apart (storing one in STL until our house sold and we loaded the second container). The containers are modern, clean and the delivery personnel at both ends of the move were highly professional. What more can one say….great service, great equipment, good value for the dollar and overall great experience. Would certainly recommend them to anyone else looking to make a home move.

I called PODS first. They were rude and didn't have any regard for my belongings. Then I called UNITS and spoke to Aden. He was so kind and helpful, I nearly cried. Moving is stressful and Aden helped to relieve my anxiety. It's been a great experience.

Everyone on both ends of the trip were helpful. The UNIT drop off in Memphis went perfectly. I was worried about the drop off in Charlotte, we were on a busy street- the driver made a plan and implemented it without issue. I was worried about how much my items would move inside( I am not a great packer) . But, everything traveled well with the only issues due to my poor packing choices . Thank you for getting everything here quickly. I will definitely recommend you to anyone in need of long distance hauling.
