I have been using Universal Drugstore for several years and found it reliable. For the past year or so, however, it rivals the Keystone Cops for organisation and reliability. I have bizarre email trails with multiple mistakes. The service has been so bad that I considered having one of my staff deal with them on behalf of my patients - they all refused! I am going elsewhere.
Poor customer service. Wrong address was used by Universal Drugstore and my medication was returned to Universal Drugsotre. Upon calling this company, I was informed I would have to wait AGAIN for the pharmacy to fill my prescription AND the 2-4 weeks shipping! They only ship USPS. I was a customer for about 11 years. I will be changing pharmacies and I would advise against this company if you order medication you need in a timely manner.
Placed an order in July (to be shipped to Italy). Package has not arrived yet. They did not provide any tracking number. I'm trying to contact the customer service but number seems not working. Also the website is gone.
I was looking to be a new customer but it says I'm blocked by Cloud flare and it seems like quite a few people have this problem. Why is this? I have emailed with the cloud flare # and are yet to hear from someone.

Management must have totally changed. I've used this pharmacy for years. The form of Rx supplied here comes from Britain, and is different from the form available in USA. I've been trying to speak with a pharmacist to find out what the Rx directions sent from my doctor are, and whether the British form of the medicine will allow me to comply with those directions. The customer service reps cannot transfer a customer to a pharmacist, but has to leave a message. I did that, and got no reply for 48 hours. I called again, and got a voicemail from the pharmacist, with a return phone number. A call there went into voicemail, but "the user's mailbox cannot accept further messages." I called the main number at 7:30 pm Eastern, and the supervisors had already left the office, so my call could not be transferred to them. Terrible customer service, and THIS IS NEW.

My order finally arrived from the UK for my Premarin. Several calls to Universal Drug Store were always assuring that my order would arrive by February 11. And it did !!! Thank you❤️
They sat on an order I needed badly for 2 weeks. I contacted them numerous times. They kept telling me it was going to ship but it never did. Right after placing the order I also got the credit card I used for payment stolen. This company used to be great but now it seems to be broken and worthless. Cancelled the order and my account. AWFUL.
I have been using Universal Drugstore for the past 5 years now, and am always, totally satisfied with their promptness, professionalism, and excellent customer service. I will continue using them throughout the years.

Shipping any product including prescription medications if frustrating these days with product shortages and transportation delays. But UDS is very good about keeping you informed and filling your prescriptions
