Made a deal with manager to support a small business where i grew up, over my local area due to the stuff Lismore has gone through.Manager quit and they got new.Didnt get promised bonus item. They said theyd see how much they have yet sent item ordered before it was released meaning the bonus product, the only reason i placed order outside of supporting Lismore business, wasnt even attempted to be included. Wont be back.
owner was extremely rude and unprofessional- i had lost package and it has been a nightmare… staff and owner mean, unhelpful and downright nasty. i have been charged for products i never received.
This place is where to go for Pokémon cards. Everything is always factory sealed and I’ve gotten really good pulls. Customer service is great. If an item is out of stock, they immediately e-mail me when it becomes available. They restock frequently.
All the cards were nicely packed and were untouched by anyone. Delivery was in time.
Quick delivery, very nice and protective packaging and something extra added for a young card collector. Such wonderful shopping experience leaves you with a smile on your face.
