Great customer service. Ordered a jacket on a Sunday not remembering Monday was a holiday. I emailed them to see about trying to help get the jacket to me before the coming Saturday for a sled trip. They sent it FedEx 2day and I received Friday before I was out of work. The jacket is perfect and there customer service is top notch. Definitely recommend and will purchase from again in the future!
Had an issue with a Helmet that was covered under warranty. No problems, they handled it internally and got the parts sent out immediately. Smooth service as I am typically used to but lacking in most businesses in the last 10 yrs. These guys still have it! I will go to them for future gear purchases. Keep up the great work.
I purchased a FXR full suite, pants & jacket at the end of the season 2025, for my son. He wore it ONE time beginning of 2026, zipper completely broke off the pants. Your company is a joke, you buy from a “reputable” dealer & you send me a return label to send them to some mom & pop shop to be fixed, in January. Replace the pants! They were worn one time, this should not happen. I will never buy from your company or recommend anyone purchase from you. The reason you use a “reputable” dealer is so you can rely on good customer service.

I called on a Wednesday to have a monosuit delivered for a snowmobiling trip- promised it would be here in time because they were personally picking it up from their other warehouse. Didn’t end up picking it up, long story short I had no monosuit for a snowmobile trip I had planned and no communication that it wouldn’t be here in time so I could plan an alternative. When I asked what they were planning on doing to make it right the guy had nothing to say other than cancel my order. I am super unimpressed and will never be purchasing from this website again!
Ordered ice fishing bibs on Saturday and they arrived on Tuesday in the Twin Cities. Had the lowest price I could find anywhere. Great service. Highly recommended.
I would not recommend this product to anyone. I have owned 3 other 509 helmets that I have been satisfied with. However, 509 should be ashamed of the Delta V. Three times used, the microphone Frozen, 2 shields failed and the plug for the wire failed. BTW, when the wire fails, the heated shield doesn't work, battery doesn't change and all the systems on the helmets 509 thinks is great, turns off. I spoke to a 509 rep and he explained the helmets is being redesigned. Blamed the plug on cardo and would send me new equipment but felt we would be talking about the same issues 2 weeks later. Way to stand behind a failing product. Up North tried to help by having me talk with a 509 rep, however when I asked for a full refund 6 days ago, no one will return emails or calls. My experience is terrible.... if you want to pay 900 dollars for a helmet that will never work properly, Delta V is for you.
Been waiting a week for my order to be shipped, called CS rep and they said they were waiting on a balaclava from another warehouse. Also live in Alaska and can’t get free shipping on my order of over $100 even through USPS. So much for fast shipping or “UpNorth”

I ordered a mono suit tried it on it didn’t fit to good when I was squatting so I sent it back they state it was used when it was right out the box.
If there were more stars available, I would give these guys 100. We have purchased the bulk of our stuff from UNS, and not only do they have the best prices and awesome sales, shipping is light speed fast, and their customer service is beyond amazing! Customer for life!!!!
