UpPromote has been incredible to use, from start to finish. The UI is easy to navigate and there are lots of options to customise to suit your business needs. The team are incredibly helpful and always available to answer queries and help solve problems.
The UpPromote affiliate program is truly easy to use for both our team and the affiliates we onboard. But more importantly their support is top-notch. Responds right away and always finds a solution. Couldn't be happier!

UpPromote has been so wonderful to use! It's easy to navigate, connects to Shopify, and has all the features I need to complete tasks as an Affiliate Manager. I've used a few different affiliate marketing programs now and UpPromote is by far the most user-friendly and easiest to navigate. It's my preferred affiliate marketing service and I'm even switching over another one of our companies to Shopify so that we can utilize UpPromote.Furthermore, the support for UpPromote is unparalleled. Unlike other platforms, where you submit a support ticket via email that you hope to hear back from in a day or two, you get help in the moment via chat during normal business hours. I can't recommend UpPromote enough for these two reasons: user-friendly and customer service. 10/10

Love that this is connected to Shopify. It makes everything easier to have everything within Shopify. Love that it tracks orders and referrals for me and payouts are fairly easy. Wish it was a little easier to do auto payouts through paypal. However, we tend to catch scam affiliates when doing manual payouts so that is a plus. My only frustration so far is that we exceeded our monthly referral numbers one month and didn't know that referrals were not getting approved. Had to upgrade to do that and affiliates were frustrated that pending referrals sat pending for several months.
Gwen provided step-by-step guidance while I was learning the UpPromote Affiliate app. She took the time to explain how the app works and answered my questions clearly, which made the overall experience smooth and easy.
The customer service is great and helpful in resolving any issues we encounter. Platform is easy and much more user-friendly.
As a rookie in this business, I needed a lot of hand holding assistance. Without UpPromote and its customer service, I would be wasting a lot of time trying to figure things out. UpPromote enable me to keep my affiliates happy and motivated.

Honestly love working UpPromote, we have just over 200+ affiliates as of now. They have great support, timely as well and just love the layout overall. Easy to navigate.
