Stood behind transaction despite tariffs
Tariff shipping drama delayed my order by 6+ weeks. UBT proactively warned me, offered the option to cancel, and ultimately ate any cost difference. I had a very positive experience due to them standing behind the transaction. Product was exactly what I ordered (this is my 2nd UBT order).

Replaced wrong size skewer at no cost

Really appreciate availability of individual pieces vs. whole sets (Pitlock)
It was great to be able to buy the separate Pitlock components I needed (just a front skewer + washer) rather than buying a whole set. Saved me money and allowed me to have just one Pitlock pattern among our family's bikes instead of two. Thanks!

You did very well considering ...
You did very well considering who you were dealing with (grinz). One hiccough came when I was attempting to nail down the seat clamp size, which we hastily measured as 1-3/16". I was told that required your 30.0mm clamp with insert. I didn't fully understand that a 30.0mm clamp came as two pieces, so when I was told that it was actually a 34.9mm with a 30mm insert, I was confused since there is no 34.9 collar listed anywhere on your website. Anyway, it turns out that we made a hasty measurement and had to return/exchange the collar for the next size up, which is in currently in process. The other was when I was trying to get the correct parts and pricing before ordering. I thought one of my emails requesting clarification was ignored for being a PITA. Well, not all of us live and breath bicycles, so be patient. Pitlock products aren't cheap, but neither are bicycles these days. Hopefully your products will prevent our having to buy a new bike or parts. Happy trails.

Good product, terrible UPS delivery
I liked the product description, sizing guide and availability of customize the set to order. However, the international delivery was horrible due to the choice of UPS as a carrier. They tried to charge me $50 extra to pay the customs duties for me. Instead I went to the customs office and it cost me 15 minutes of time and $10. After that it took UPS another 5 days to deliver my package due to "delivery scheduling problems".

Sturdy seat clamp, lack of instructions?
I purchased the seat clamp with lock and it’s working well so far. My only issue was installing, no instructions were included. There was a QR code but it wasn’t in English so a little frustrating. I found a video in English on installing their system on wheels and followed that. I’m sure someone with a better mechanical aptitude would have no problem but that’s not me.

Good product
Tried to research and order using email via a cell phone during a power/internet outage. I ended up cutting my order by 2/3 because I couldn't get straight forward answers on pricing. Apparently, I asked too many questions and Urban Bike Tech quit answering. The product itself is fine, but expensive. Recommended with reservations.

Got what I needed fast
Shipping was pretty fast. This store’s YouTube channel had some helpful tutorials. There was no top cap tutorial, but that was pretty easy to do on my own anyway.
