I never received the item I ordered. USA Health and Wellness did not respond to any of my inquiries. Fortunately, PayPal refunded my money.

Buyer beware.
I bought a Therasauna and I’m not happy with it. Only gets to 120 degrees. Poor fit and finish. Therasauna referred me back to USAHAW. I contacted USA Health and Wellness for the 30 day return and they completely blew me off. Don’t buy from this place. They are happy to take your money, but if you have any issues, too bad you’re out of luck.

Customer Service! Everyone was super helpful… especially helping me do the research and figuring out what the best sauna would be for me. Linda was extra amazing. She held my hand through the whole process and was available through each and every step from purchase to delivery. The prices are really great. I was able to save on a brand new model and even received backrests at no cost. I highly recommend shopping here. Customer Service and high quality products all with warranties is exactly the right place I want to shop. Thank you so much for all your help! I am 100 percent satisfied with my purchase and experience.

Be careful working with this company!!
I order a sauna from USA Health and Wellness in 2/2022. I was told it would take between 3-6 weeks to receive. When I had heard nothing from them, I contacted the company multiple times beginning 6 weeks after the order. Most of the time I got no response at all. Occasionally I would hear back from someone, who just gave me more empty promises. I finally received the sauna in 12/2022--10 months later! The quality of the product is poor--the door didn't shut, the roof leaked, the siding warped after two weeks, the heating coils shifted, etc...they said they would work with me but now I can't get them to respond to either email or texts. I paid almost $7500 for the sauna. No one from the company is willing to help resolve the product quality issues that I am having. I finally had to go to my credit card company to see if they could get me my money back. An exceedingly disappointing experience working with USA Health & Wellness. All they had to do was to communicate with me and work with me to resolve this issue, but they refused to and now I'm forced to see if I can get a refund through my credit card company. Be careful...

They have people here in the US. Sadly, that alone gets 3 stars! I tried to order the same, inexpensive sauna online, and the 3rd party vendor lied about inventory. I backed out and found these fine folks. The price was actually a little bit less, and everything went as expected. The unit I bought is the lowest price “budget” offering they sell, but it’s perfect for my wife and I. They will actually answer the phone if you call. Who would’ve thought?I would do business with them again should the need arise.

Worst experience ever. I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt…
I ordered a unit with Himalayan salt bricks and a heated floor, they shipped a base unit that didnt have the features I prepaid for.Total disaster, never trust what they say, they'll sell you on promises that are smoke and mirrors. Worst experience ever, and the sauna cost over 15k.Luckily, I never gave them my credit card so they couldnt charge me for the balance due prior to delivery.Buyer beware!

Wonderful results
Great value, free shipping and easy assembly. This was purchased at the recommendation of my doctor as a medically device to treat peripheral artery disease and severe raynaud's syndrome. After 2 months of use, even in the coldest temperatures of the winter, I have not experienced the tissue damage to my feet I had seen every other winter for years due to circulation issues. In the past, during the cold temperatures of winter circulation would decrease to my extremities, leaving my toes blue and causing tissue damage. Since using the sauna, I have experienced none of these symptoms. Additionally, many of the body aches I used to have as a result of the peripheral neuropathy and arthritis I have begun to diminish. I am super excited and thrilled with my ongoing results.

very happy with product and service
USA health and wellness was great to work with. They offered a local pickup for us (which gave us a good discount), and were very helpful throughout the process. It took about a month and a half longer to get the sauna than expected, however, that was a manufacturer issue. Happy with the sauna and with USA health and wellness.

The ordering process was very easy
The ordering process was very easy. Linda was a phone call away and helped me with my order. The price was fair. Ordering from a small business on the other side of the country was a little scary, but i am glad i did. Our Hot Tub came in no time. Everything was exactly as i ordered it. Great quality. the whole family loves it and our friends are jealous.

We are so happy with our sauna choice
We are so happy with our sauna choice, it was relatively easy to put together for 2 people, looks great, works really well and is very high quality with lots of extra features. We ordered our Sauna in Jan and received it in April. Took a little while but, well worth the wait . We use it everyday and we are very pleased with our purchase. The guys at Health and Wellness were very helpful through the whole process . Putting it together took 1 hr with my husband and I. So so easy. I would recommend the Thera sauna to anyone

No sauna delivered yet
I ordered and paid for my sauna on February 22,I still haven't received it. I was told it would be 2 months when I ordered it. I sent e-mail on May 6, asking for update on delivery. I received a response on May 10, saying it may be several more weeks. I haven't heard anything since. I received an e-mail on May 23 asking for a review, it said I could wait until I receive my item to submit my review. , That is what I had planned to do, but I received this e-mail today June 7 which said I will not receive any more requests for a review, so this is my review based on my experience so far.
