Unprofessional, unsafe, and poorly managed moving company
TL;DR: USA Pack & Go delivered someone else’s belongings, couldn’t tell me where my items were for days, never returned calls, used non-employees during delivery (one behaved inappropriately and made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe), damaged property, and showed zero accountability or follow-up. Poor communication, serious professionalism issues, and unacceptable handling of a move.Full ReviewTo start off, USA Pack & Go delivered someone else’s belongings to my apartment on Christmas Day after telling me to be there at 9 a.m., causing me to rearrange my holiday. Boxes and mattresses were incorrectly labeled with my name despite this being another persons belongings. The driver admitted he didn’t know where my items were, and it took the company days to locate my belongings, during which I received no return calls or updates despite repeated attempts to contact them.Two men assisting the driver were not company employees, and one behaved inappropriately by making personal comments, asking for my number, and returning to my door after leaving, which made me feel unsafe.I called daily from December 25 asking for updates and a discount due to the error and delays. I received no response. The driver later arrived the day before, was told last minute thus forcing me to rush home. When I asked again about a discount, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional remarks and name calling. After the delivery was made my furniture was chipped and couch was torn and the driver made a comment about how I have cheap furniture and need to get better wood, then proceeded to rush out when they were done.I have documentation showing payment had to be refunded due to the incorrect delivery.Based on the lack of communication, mishandling of property, and safety concerns, I would strongly caution anyone considering this company.
