My phone gets blown up with people claiming to be with US Auto Insurance wanting to give me a quote. I’ve repeatedly asked to be removed from the calling list and they continue to call non stop starting at 8 am going all day until after 6 pm even calls on the weekends. This is so annoying.
I'm happy to use US Auto insurance they're a great company
This is NOT an insurance company. One spends a lot of time entering all kinds of personal information about cars, drivers, history, personal contact, etc. Then you do not get a quote, you are just forwarded to various insurance companies. Waste of time/

Every step of the way through the whole process went really well and the agents were very knowledgeable about each step of the way. I would most definitely refer them to friends and family. As far as how the company is doing i think that they are doing well.
This is unsatisfactory. I have not been able to complete this review without getting cut off.
They need to be upfront about how long the process takes to fill in their forms as well as the detailed personal information they require.

Convenience
I like the way the can split the first time down payment into two part. I'm a day late i hope it gets fixed.
Your company gave me an opportunity to conduct business with a competitor that had a better rate which suited my situation.
Put my info in and got a call from an agent that same day. He explained things in a way I actually understand and I saved like 40 bucks a month. Didn’t have to talk to a bunch of different people either.
