No Trust In Their Service
After being told they could get us released from a timeshare within 12 months, and charging a lot of money up front, we contracted them for the service, and were told no further monies would be needed.Over a year, and a half later, there have been no results. Numerous calls were made to them to determine progress, and we were only told that letters had been sent to the timeshare company, and they were waiting a reply. Finally, they were faxed, and e-mailed telling them we had no confidence in what they were doing, and per their website, and what the attorney told us on the phone. We asked for a complete refund.To date (two weeks later), after many calls to check status on our refund, we have been told every time that the request is on the General Manager's desk for review. How long does it take to review a request for refund, have a check written, and sent out.I would never recommend this company to anyone.
