Ordered a 26inch kinky straight through usuchbeauty on Amazon and this was my first time ordering and they sent me a used wig I mean used used lace tent glue and all absolutely disgusting! I will never purchase anything thing from a company that handles business like this never again and I recommend that others not pay they hard earned money on a company that operate like this I really wish I can post a picture of this mess

Don’t try to return
I gave 2 stars. Because when I receive my hair it wasn’t what I wanted. I ask if I can return it and get something else. I was told it’s better to sell it to a friend. Then to go back and forward on my return . So the 2 stars is for the hair it was perfect. But to return was bad.

I placed an order for a wig and it turned out not to be what I wanted. It stated silky straight hair 20 inches and it was not. My lace had a whole pin and it had strap way in the front of the wig. I am very dissatisfied with my wig and now they will not let me return the wig that I paid 171.00 to exchanged. I have purchased three wigs prior and I am very disappointed and will be reporting to BBB.
