The bed is better than I expected
The bed is better than I expected. It feels sturdy and the great quality. I wished the headboard came attached but cushiony nonetheless. Great bed!

I purchased furniture from Valyou…
I purchased furniture from Valyou Furniture for three different properties with total orders exceeding $25000.The purchases included over ten bed frames, sofas, dining tables and additional home accessories.The website looks great the designs are nice and prices are always presented as discounted.However the actual quality of the products is average at best and in some cases below average.Within less than two years two Charm beds completely collapsed to the floor.One dining table broke.The sofas while still looking fine visually lost all structural support and now sink badly.I recently contacted the company for help because several beds literally broke.To my surprise Valyou Furniture refused to help stating that their warranty is only one year and my purchase was just two months outside the warranty period so they would not offer any support.A piece of furniture meant for daily use especially at this price point offering only a one year warranty raises serious questions.What does that say about the companys confidence in its own products.Very disappointing experience.Nice design but poor durability and disappointing customer service.

Easy to build and looks great
The bed frame was easy for me to put together by myself and works great. I love the look and color of the wood. Valyou furniture was also very responsive when I had questions about my delivery and quickly solved all of my problems.

I purchased The 5th Open Sectional from Valyou in orange, and overall I’m really happy with it. The color is bold and vibrant—exactly what I was hoping for—and it instantly became the statement piece of my living room. It’s supportive enough for everyday lounging, movie nights, and having guests over, though it’s not overly plush. The cushions hold their shape well, which I appreciate, and the overall build feels sturdy and thoughtfully designed.That said, there are a few small things keeping it from a full 5 stars. I was able to make a purchase by chatting someone even though the website said the item was out of stock. It was a very smooth experience. Package arrived in good condition. Bed frame is good quality. Great customer service. I would recommend buying from Valyou.

A hidden Gem
Reached out to the company beforehand with questions about the products. They were able to resolve all my questions. The Charm 2.0 bed frame and nightstands shipped within one week. They were very easy to assemble and so far I've been very pleased. One note is in the comparison video between the Charm and Thuma is the Charm makes a thunk sound. To date no sounds from the charm it has been very sturdy.

The Valyou customer service has been prompt and very helpful. The new customer coupon was not working for me during checkout so I reached out to their support and they immediately sent me a working discount link. Delivery went smoothly with accurate tracking and the couch was exactly as described.

Make the Purchase!
I had been looking for a couch for over a year and when I first went to Valyou’s website what I wanted was sold out. I called and sent an email asking for more details. I got a response via phone and the person was incredibly helpful and informative. I made my purchase immediately after online. I also even got a follow up email response too. If what you see isn’t in stock, message them and they’ll check to see when it’s expected to be back in, don’t assume it’s never coming back. The delivery was scheduled quickly and it arrived the day it was scheduled. Removing packaging was easy and the 5th closed sectional really is even MORE comfortable than it looks!
