Since incorporating with 360 training experience (20 years on my behalf) has been really bad. The 24-48 hour response time doesn’t exist. Agree with others saying it takes forever to get certificate’s. Communicating with customer service is almost incoherent. What was once reliable , efficient and easy is now the opposite. Marketing seems ok as I get lots of email to purchase courses. Log in takes several attempts.
I enjoy the vocal on each lesson.

Check my last comments. That should tell you everything. Went through 6 agents with not resolving the issue. Unable to print my certificate on staging a home. Passed, certificate came up. Wouldn’t print. I give up! Nobody has a clue at your end as to how to resolve this simple problem.I’m so sick and tired of dealing with stupid agernts.
terrible communication-issues with software-really bad experience
Overall the course was very good. There were some conflicting questions and answers. One being when asked when does an agent have to complete the post continuing ed course the answers were 2 yrs or 24 months well both actually correct and the same time right?

It takes forever to get a certificate of completion.
I love being able to do classes online. The recording part of this class was long....I like to read through things and maybe a couple guiding videos.
Class was well laid out & very clear to navigate.Did not like the fact that when it suggested you bookmark a website or link each time you do this it takes you back through a process to get back to the page you were on when that came up. Worked but was cumbersome.
I definitely appreciate Van Ed's on-line continuing education courses. They are well developed and thoughtfully constructed. I always learn alot and more importantly retain a lot from the courses. The greatest benefit is having the ability to work through the courses at your own speed and time!
After the site changed the whole log in experience, it has been a pain. I have to login several times to get it to go through and my credentials have never changed since 2020. I have even had to use a private browser to get it to work. Which it is what it is, but I don’t have to do this on any other sites. It would be helpful to just overhaul everything and don’t have any if/then statements for logging in. Then, once I finished my 360 course, I passed the exam and it said “save to exit” and go to vaned to print your certificate. Well when I went to do that it didn’t say completed and when I went to do the certificate it wasn’t there. I followed advice from the bot on what to do but nothing worked. I then messaged support and it has been 24 hours with no response. The site has just become too buggy. I have done lots of courses since 2020 on vaned but never had any issues until the last year or so. Ever since the login change though, I continue to have issues which is frustrating and disappointing because I never had any issues with the site in the past and greatly enjoyed doing all my course work on the site. A few years ago I would have given 5 stars, but with all the issues along with the delay in response from support I feel it is just not 5 stars any more.
The AI voiceover is horrible. There were no quizzes. The final exam came after the review and asked “did the course prepare you for the exam?” This made No sense and I figured that I had somehow passed over the exam. Not good. The certificate took too long to print
Always easy to access the CE courses that I need to take. I love the course content they offer and the ease of the portal. They are my number one course provider for any CE courses I need.
I love to be able to hop on when I have a minute and learn!
Some of the answer sets on the questions looked like they were the wrong answer set. Had no choices dealing with the question itself.
Terrible will never use again
Good experience once I was able to figure out transitioning to links and then how to get back to my course. It was a challenge. First time I had to start over and then it took me back to my place in the course. But I figured it out. I actually believe I learned more in this format. It took longer because there is some redundancy. But this forces learning. The last in person class I took, the instructor told us to mark this line - it will be on the test. I think that is wrong.
The content was completely out of date and geared towards a 12 year old. There were numerous typos and mistakes and the 30 question test and several questions that were asked twice. Bad grammar, misspellings. It was truly horrible.
Absolutely hate the timed pages. Infuriating. I realize you may have no alternative but this is obnoxious.
