I've had 3 kids go through Vanguard Charter Academy from Kindergarten to 8th grade, and number 4 is in 4th grade. I couldn't be happier. The teachers and staff at Vanguard really care about our kiddos, and they work hard to help them learn to their fullest potential while making it a safe and trusting environment. While no school is perfect, because let's face it, kids will be kids, Vanguard does an excellent job!
My daughter & our family are very happy & pleased with her teachers & the entire staff!!
Good. There are always things to improve upon in an educational setting. Communication is only through email. Class sizes are large.
Very willing to work with a child with behavior problems. Really care about the students! Great communication.
We couldn't be more pleased with the staff, curriculum and facilities. This is a great place for our children to learn and grow. The moral focus part of the curriculum is awesome!!!

This is a great school and I would recommend it to anyone. I give it a 4 star because a 5 would be excellent and there is always room for improvements in any organization.
I am very new to this school. But so far it's been a pleasant experience. My daughter loves going to school and her growth has been very rewarding. They emphasize on a moral value every month. And it just reinforces on the expectations we have at home. Like everything, there's always room for improvement. But so far, I like what I've seen. I love that the kids' artwork is always displayed on the hallways. It just looks beautiful to walk in and see so much art! Very clean and organized. The staff is very helpful. They have been very supportive ans always willing to answer questions and address concerns. I do recommend it.

I love charter schools not only for their expectations of excellence but their emphasis on moral excellence. Vanguard employs a great staff and a great environment for learning.
My children have been in this school since their first day of school, I have 4 children and I love this school! I would recommend this school to anyone I cross paths with. They have the same beliefs and moral focus as I do in my home. I love the environment my children have always thrived and this school has helped mold them into becoming their best selves!
Our kids have gone here for 9 years and we have loved every bit of it. The principals and teachers have all been the best and very caring. Excellent parent participation and work hard to make sure the kids are meeting their expected goals.

I love it! They don't only focus on education basics but they also focus on showing my son the importance of being a better person. Teachers are always sure to keep you in the loop and take the time to know their students and their families.
I love this school. The teachers really care about the students. My son was having a hard time at the school he went to before Vanguard. He is now doing very well in school. He seems to be more on task and loves to interact. He is getting much better grades. My daughter is in sixth grade this year. It is a bit of a challenge but she is working very hard. I am so happy that Vanguard gives out awards for achievements. Your school is a blessing to our family.
