I ordered a board on Dec.15th to arrive on the 23rd. I contacted them on the 24th & was told there was water damage to the warehouse??? It would be 4-7 days for them to receive another & 4-7 days for me to receive it. I can't track the product, because their site just shows a big world map when I try?? Not sure if this is a scam or if they are just bad with communication? Need help or should I cancel?
You can feel the difference after just 1 use! I'm really impressed with this board, right out of the box.

My husband and I both use the Velor Board, and it's a fantastic, versatile piece of equipment in the gym. Great for stretching, doing squats, and in my husband's opinion, helps relieve pain in his knee due to a meniscus tear. We're eagerly awaiting delivery of another board for our second home!
Great product, helps with ky knees doing squats and also can use for calf raises as well. Great quality as well
Why do you ask for a review when you haven't even shipped it yet?
My arthritis knee pain has diminished significantly since I began using my Velor. I continue to use daily and am learning new ways to benefit.
My knees are already feeling better after only 1 week. This is going to be a big help in my recovery and ongoing health
This product is amazing I use it everyday and my knees ankles and hips issue have improved and my leg strength in awesome. I like how Velor built this product and the e book was very helpful on choosing different exercises
The board is well constructed. The friction surface functions well and the different angle options allow for good stretching, and strengthening of the calves. I have been out of playing tennis for five months because of Achilles and ankle pain. This has helped me to reduce the inflammation in my lower leg, rehab and get me back on the court.
The VelorHealth board has been a game changer for my workout and stretch sessions. I can now squat more weight and get lower when doing it. Additionally, my calfs, hamstrings, and ankles are stronger and more limber.
This is a solid product. Well built and I can trust that it’s not going to give out when I’m doing deep squats with dumbbells in hand.
The slant board arrived as ordered. I had my doubts but after 2 weeks of use, my knees and ankles feel 100% better. Now I just need to make it a daily habit.
Customer service was responsive and fast. They stood by their product and replaced my board for free.
I recently ordered two boards, only one board showed up. I reached out to customer service, and they were incredibly responsive and remedied the issue swiftly.I have been using the board I did receive for several days. Almost immediately, I noticed increased flexibility in my knees and ankles. The board itself is sturdy and well crafted. Definitely money well spent!Great job VelorHealth

I purchased the board and was looking forward to giving it a try and apparently someone else was thinking the same, because although the box was delivered there was nothing in it.This company took my information, responded to my emails and sent me the e-instructions the day of my complaint. They sent out another board which arrived today.I love that they took the time to make sure I was listened to and happy with my purchase.I love the board! It’s well made and I can’t wait to get started.
I read the one review that was a 1-star. I’m about 40 lbs heavier than that person and my board is study. I’m recovering from a hip replacement and this is helping my lower body and core get back on track. Only new to use it for a couple of minutes twice a day.😎

I weigh 195 pounds and used the board with bodyweight only. It completely collapsed with the hinge crumpling and ripping loose after a handful of uses.
