This company sucks they have predatory billing practices and crappy scooters I spent over $600 in one month using them for transportation and every time I had a problem customer service acted like I was trying to get something for free I was even given a box full of free gifts one year for the amount of money that I spent riding these scooters and every time I had a problem after a period of time they were always acting like I was trying to get something for nothing even though I was a supposed top rider for 2023 This company sucks
