As a veteran, I make it a point to support veteran-owned businesses whenever possible, but I was very disappointed with my experience with Veterans Moving Company.Transparency was completely lacking throughout the process. The initial quote I was given was between $850 and $1,250, but by the end of the move, I was charged over $2,100 — nearly a $1,000 difference from what was quoted. There was no clear explanation or communication about these additional charges.As veterans, we’re taught to live by loyalty, duty, service, and integrity — values I expected to see reflected in this company. Unfortunately, my experience felt misleading, and I would even call it false advertising due to the significant difference between the quoted and final price.I hope the company takes this feedback seriously and works to improve transparency and honesty for future customers.

Stay away from this company! When they delivered my furniture they asked for more money then we agreed to and I refused and paid the balance in cash which they agreed would be payment in full. I then received a credit card bill for 256 dollars. They added made up charges and used my credit card without my permission.

Hard working team, BUT…..
Hard working team, for sure. However, the company felt it was a one day move. How would you feel after moving furniture for 15 hours? Not good at all for the moving team. Opt for a 2nd day if it’s a full house move. Also, read the fine print and opt for the higher insurance. It will save you a lot of grief if you experience damages. The move was not a good experience.

Man i Cannot say enough great things about these guys. These guys know how to pack a truck and took down a bed. I have no clue how they disassembled. These guys were great.

Just about the best part of the Veterans experience was my initial contact with Kelvin who took my call seeking info and pricing. Extremely positive and knowledgeable he made the process of booking the job easy and comfortable.When it came time for the guys who were doing the actually work of unloading the pad into the house while that went fine they did forget their tool bag and luckily we could loan them some for the job. All in all a B+.

Great customer service and great personalities of staff would deserve 10 stars. However, the roughness of the actual furniture being moved and lack of thoughtful placement in the POD resulted in damages. High expectations and very disappointed.
