Very good software
Very good software. Easy to use. It allows me to choose where I want the files to land and how to deal with subtitles. When setting up a new computer, there was a problem with the license. A message to VideoByte quickly sorted out the problem. Best ripper since Jack!

Functionally and Customer Service !!!
After trying a few other options, VideoByte was the best by far. Even though all the ones I tried claimed to be able to play everything (region free), the only one that worked properly was Videobyte. I purchased a license last Sept. but with an update from Win 10 to 11, in Dec, I deleted the program when I was clearing stuff out prior to the change. Then last week, when I went to play a new BluRay I purchased, I had to reinstall VideoByte. And I couldn't find my registration code Checking my CC statement from Sept I was able find the purchase transaction, and emailed VideoByte. Within 24 hours I had a reply with my registration code. So, I'm a very happy camper. Thank you VideoByte !!!

Excellent service with super fast responses. Support replied quickly and even followed up by email to make sure everything was resolved.After reinstalling on a new PC my license stopped working, but they fixed it right away.

I'm an illustrator who does a lot of caricature work of film and TV stars. Back in 2020 I found VideoByte (then VideoSolo)'s products that allowed me to watch Blu-Rays on my Mac and to rip them as save as digital files, which in turn allowed me to capture stills to use as references for my illustration work. The programs work flawlessly. I have since upgraded my Mac twice (once a few days ago). Support at VideoByte helped me transfer my license to my new Mac in each instance, responding quickly and providing instructions on how to register again after they reset my key. Excellent customer service even after six years since I bought their product. Highly recommended. Buy with confidence.

Easy to use and prompt, helpful customer service
Easy to use. Was able to store my whole DVD library. Moreover, when I changed computers, customer service was prompt in resetting my registration.

Video Byte was great
It was great, I had a pile of videos that I wanted to watch by computer without having to have a dvd /cd disk attached. It was fast and accurate. I thought that I wanted to change where I was using it and asked for help getting it registered. Support responded quickly and was polite and helpful. Thanks for a great product!Lynda Cromar

This program is incredible.
I have found that the program works quite wonderfully. I am able to rip Blue Ray and DVD's into hundreds of different formats. I can even back up the original ISO! If a format doesn't work for one device, I can take that file and easily turn it into another without needed to re-rip from the disk. The program has been designed to be beginner-friendly and is quite reliable. I'm grateful for the expertise put into the program. The program even offers upgrading the files up to 4K definition!When I've needed assistance, the staff have been quick to reply and very helpful. I would recommend this program

If you're digitizing your movie library, I cant recommend these guys enough!
Ive had a few Blu-Ray rippers but they either have terrible UI, only work on specific DVDs/BDs, or don't actually have GPU throttling, which would make ripping time take HOURS. VideoByte's software has drastically cut down my time in ripping my movie library. I just recently upgraded my PC to windows 11 and of course, reinstalling the new software means i'd need to register again. It is annoying, but not Videobytes fault about that. I sent them a message about my concern(pretty sure on New Years Day), and they got back to me the following business day with a fix to get me going again. I mainly bought this ripping software because the other 2 I have had terrible support and could not help me with their garbage software. Videobyte is well worth the money, and having a Tech support team that actually gets you what your asking for the first time is like finding a unicorn in your backyard. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Supposedly make MKV file and makes entire movie playable. It did not! Since it didn’t work I asked for refund which was supposedly unconditional. No I have to completely redo it and send log files. I’d completely uninstalled product before knowing this requirement. Product is junk. Doesn’t stand by its warranty.

Videobyte a great experience
I am 72 with arthritis in my hands, To make my movie watching easier I decided to put my collection of blu rays and dvd's on an external hard drive and connect to my tv. I bought the appropriate Videobyte software and started. Due to my lack of computer tech knowledge I emailed the team at Videobyte for advice . Team replied with a step by step guide which greatly assisted me and improved my ability, I am truly grateful they took the time to assist me with sorting my movie library, made my enjoyment of movies so much easier. Great product, great team.
