Good food, but very slow delivery
Ordered a delivery through the Deliveroo app. This was ordered in advance as a timed delivery, not an ASAP delivery. Deliveroo and restaurant confirmed the order, but then I got updates that the food was going to be delivered 5 mins after the slot I asked for, then another 5 mins, etc. until the food was eventually delivered over 90 minutes late. Apparently the deliveroo driver arrived on time, and was sent away!No apology from either the restaurant or deliveroo on this. The food was great, but I will not be ordering again with service this poor.
