This site looks official site for getting your visas but is a total scam. I too got sucked in, but by the time I realised it I had paid the money. They said they would supply a visa but gave me an eTA with barely any information on it. I will contact the Kenyan embassy before I travel but doubt it will be any good.only go through countries official websites.
This site is a scam, one I unfortunately got sucked into. It looks official and these guys are professional scam artists with lots of threats blaming you and trying to keep your money.I have since cancelled my credit card and informed my bank and requested à charge back (note if you have paid for services you didnt receive your bank will do this for you.)I also reported the website to Google, so now they are using the URL evisatravel.org.For anyone sucked in cancel your credit card and warn your bank they have your passport id so they cant pretend to be you

Thankfully my colleague told me how much it cost to apply for this ETA. Otherwise I would really have fallen for this scam! It's only £10 (£16 from 9Apr2025 onwards) to apply from the UK government app (ETA UK). This website charges $87!! In the breakdown they sent through the email, the service fee alone is $69. What bollocks! I didn't make any payment, but like many others here, they now have my personal details, which is very concerning.
Charged me 6 times the cost that UK charges directly on their website. I can't believe I fell for it- looked like UK government's website. Go directly to the country's website you are seeking visa/ETA for and apply there. Save yourself hundreds!
Total scam. I can’t believe I fell for it. They cash in on your credit card and never react back to you. No refund for refused visa. No explanation, nothing at all. Shameless fraudsters.
Scam company. Lucky that we caught it early and cancelled mother in law's credit card before they could steal anything
This company commits fraud. It has a website that appears to be an official UK government site and then overcharges. They are crooks
the normal fee for Canada eta is $7 these people sell themselves as official but they are not. their fee is $79 very dodgy. I realised just before I pressed the pay button, however they now have my details and that concerns me
this service is a joke!the most important thing: make sure you apply for the visa or ETA on the official website for the country you are travelling to - costs a fraction of the cost and in the case of an ETA for UK or Canada takes 30 min instead of 5 business days
Total scam: Travel agent supplied the link so I didn't check. When I went to check the validity of the visa on the government website, it could not be found. Promised 24/7 help unavailable, and when they eventually replied they told me to wait for verification (I can't, I'm due to leave) or check with the embasssy (I did, nothing found).... I have purchased directly from the government which was easier, cheaper, and quicker.
Omg, how was I so stupid to fall for this. Ended up costing me A LOT of money and time. I ordered a visa which never came and ended up missing my flight to India as I didn't have a visa in time. How is this site not closed?!

A complete fraud. They make you belive they are part of the embassy. I paid good money and they only thing they did was to say "Yes, you are eligable for a visa". I had no way of getting out their scam, so I belived they were legit. I hope this helps other not to end up falling in their trap
This website is scam never pay them online, just go through the embassy. They will charge you and next day email sorry couldn’t get the visa we can’t refund based on our policy. And keep charging your card unless you change your card.
.This is a scam agency. I applied for a Visa to go to Kenya. They charged me £89.00 - The application would take five "working" days, but they would not give me confirmation as to when the application would be approved and I would have to pay extra money for an for an urgent Visa application. Thankfully I found the direct Evisa application with Kenya embassy directly (etakenya) website & submitted my form paid only $30 and I received my application for the Visa within an hour of submitting my application onlineDo not use the service there are appalling you can't phone them and they suggest you use their chat line and their chat line is an AI bot!! So I have wasted my money as unlikely I'm going to get a refund!

The worst experience receipt for payment then nothing ... asked for update on granting the visa by email as phone doesn't work ... 2 emails to get update resulted in zero response Most untrustworthy group .... don't put yourself through the hassle
