Do not buy from this website they sent me the wrong wheel and want a 20% deposit for labour fee of the full price I paid pluss I have to pay 40 pound just to ship the product back full on scam website stuff missing from the ebike conversion kit now they will not respond to my messages
I bought an airbrush kit for models, in less than 3 months it stopped working. Voilamart have no contact number and their emails are rejected. Therefore, you cannot contact them for product support. Fortunately, I bought through Amazon who issued a full refund without question. Amazon 1Voilamart 0
I bought a electric conversion kit from this compay. This is the second conversion, the first has worked flawlessly for 18 months when I purchased a second kit to convert my grandson's bike. Once completed, it ran perfectly for about 10 minutes. I suspected the controller was fualty so tried the one from my own bike. Sure enough the bike ran OK. I emailed Voilamart explaining the problem and requesting a replacement. None was forthcoming and after two weeks of no aknowledgment of my email. I requested an address to return the faulty item, again no response. Six months has since passed and I've emailed 4 more times and am still ignored. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISHONOURABLE AND DISHONIST CHINEESE COMPANY.
Absolute robbing Bstds. Paid for my item. Company claim its been delivered but they cannot issue a POD or a photo of the product at my house. Website is saying order is still processing. Have mailed them 4 times now and they have gone to ground. Pursuing through Paypal now. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
The rear hub works well on 13ah but needs more power than the stated minimum 11.6ah.Replacement rims and quality spokes and a shop to repair them is hard to find and may be cheaper to buy a new hub kit than replace the rim if you can't build yourself a new rim.The parts you get are the very basic which is good as you can upgrade to better parts as soon as possible to have your backups at hand.Changing an inner tube is heavy work and hope it's dry with battery switched off.It's very heavy all done up so if you need to lift it on your own is risky.I see no customer service of any kind worthy to say they got you... No idea.They are fun.. they are fast .. they are heavy and desposable.They can last a long time done right or a few weeks thrashing it.Needs stronger rims and tyres wear out fast on soft compound.
Scammer Alert!This company has been scammed me by sending irrelevant and missing product through Aliexpress and not responding to fix their mistake for months! Even so, controller has been broken, throttle has been broken, metals are so bad that they got rusty in couple of weeks. Never ever use this company for your bike conversion. It will cost you much more! What a terrible, TERRIBLE experience to pick this company products for my bike.Just don't do the same mistake as me.or enjoy their scam!
I bought a 1500w ebike conversation kit for my job at JustEat. Pedalling 12 hours a day is a lot. I bought my kit back in Feb 2020 and after 2 months of usage it stops working n a Error Code came up, “Error07” so I referred to the manual and I needed to change the hall sensor. I contacted customer service and after 1-2 weeks I was contacted back via email having to wait for weeks for reply’s and in that time pedalling for my delivery job all day. They sent me a replacement circuitry, I have no experience in replacing this but gave it a go and couldn’t do it so I asked via email for guidance and not reply for 3 months so I decided to write this review. Ultimately if you plan to buy E Bike conversation Kits, id suggest from another supplier as this supplier is not sharp with customer service, if u have any issues with your products. I’ve spent £250 on this and nothing been resolved and I’ve mentioned I need my wheel fixed ASAP otherwise I won’t be able to continue my work. Unfortunately I have lost my job with JustEats and pedalling all day is unhuman like and I’m upset about it. I’ve sent them a few emails asking to resolve my issue, hopefully they’ll resolve my issue.
In their supplied info on their website they do state "Built to the highest international standards, CE.As stated on their UK based site at present.I have found their response to website queries to be exemplary and very helpful, and cannot fault their service thus far.
Hi,Voilamart are selling wide range of product on own website, ebay and on amazon. When I contacted them re: EC certificate, I was advise their are not EC certificated company. CE certificate is to ensure the product meet basic requirement (legal requirement to sell any product within Europe and UK). I am quite apprehensive now re: the product and my own safety.That means their are dumping product within Europe without meeting safety requirement.
