5 Star Bike, 4 Star Service
The bike itself is incredible. I have purchased 4 in as many years. One from Richard the original owner of the company with no issues but with 2 of the 3 from Matt and Curt I had issues with one bike being delivered with one wheel seriously out of true and the other slightly less so and my last bike being delivered with 2 deep chips/scratches in paint down to bare metal. Disappointing to say the least. I understand things happen and get overlooked before being shipped out or sometimes damage can occur during shipping but while I admit they will offer to correct things the price you pay is passive aggressive sarcasm to your concerns. Both Matt and Curt have been guilty of this on the phone and in email reply’s. Seems an odd way to respond if your going to fix the issue anyway, why make excuses and insert sarcasm if your going to do the right thing in the end anyway. I took the time to submit pictures of the damage for verification, it would have been nice to simply receive an apology and a resolution not excuses/sarcasm and a resolution with an attitude. Will I purchase another Wabi from them? I don’t know but make no mistake about it the bikes are awesome and if you have an issue they will stand behind the bike.

Wabi sub 15 wheels
The Wabi Cycles sub 1500 gram wheel set is outstanding. Light, stiff, fast. no better deal out there. Customer service and shipping is 5 star.

Funnest bike I have ever owned!
I have been riding a Wabi for four years and I have never missed my gears. I even rode my Wabi classic on a tour from Alaska to Mexico. People said it couldn't be done, but the Wabi pulled through splendidly, just like always! Curtis, one of the owners has been a huge help working with me when I needed any help with my Wabi. The bikes embody the spirit of essentialism and riding one is a beautiful experience.

Excellent product and service
I purchased a Wabi Classic three years ago. It is an excellent bike. It is fast, smooth, and comfortable. Great value at this price. It was shipped quickly and arrived in perfect condition and only took a few minutes to finish assembly and start riding. What may have impressed me most is last month when the bike started making a small but annoying sound, they helped me diagnose it by email and then sent me a free part ($25 value) to fix it. My bike had technically been out of warranty for over a year. I tried to pay but they insisted on giving it to me free of charge. I received it very quickly and my bike is riding perfectly quiet again (one of the things I love about a single speed). I have several bikes, including an all carbon name brand road bike, and nothing rides better than a Wabi.

Loving the Bike!
All the rave reviews I read before were accurate because the Classic is great. Light and agile not to mention the desert turquoise is beautiful.
