Customer service was awful
Customer service was awful they only brought our fish out first.And didn't bring the shrimp with it also, and the fish was very tough we were just in here.Maybe less than a week.And a half and sat in the bar lobby area and ordered all you can eat shrimp and fish and chip and also a fettuccine seafood.And we were able to take our remains home with us as well but the service is awful and they discriminate against people of color

Well my fish arrived still frozen solid along with two of the cheese curds I got! The problem I am having is the 11 pounds of walleye I purchased doesn’t taste like the walleye I caught locally! Taste way too fishy! Don’t know what these fillets are but think somehow something is not right here! That’s my two cents worth and wanted to say I live in Oklahoma!

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I have been searching for Lake Erie perch for years. Walleye Direct has the kind of breading I remember from my childhood. The flavor is wonderful but either the breading or skin is very tough. It makes it hard to eat. We plan the strip the breading next time to see if that helps.

Definitely plan to order more.
Received order promptly. Fillets were individually sealed in plastic. All were frozen solid. After thawing out and cooking, the taste was what I remember as a young boy growing up in Northern Minnesota -- as fresh as if they were just pulled from the lake. Definitely plan to order more.

I really love the firm flesh and sweet flavor of northern pike. The y bones are an inconvience but worth dealing with for such a wonderful fish that doesn't live in this area. Will be ordering again, without a doubt. Fast shipping massive fillets.

Frozen Walleye
The walleye came frozen and hard as a rock. We've had one meal of them at the moment and they were perfect. They were a birthday present for my son's 60th birthday.
